The ladies were very nice. The one we placed the order with was very helpful in coming up with a solution. However she didn't fully communicate this with the other ladies. I'm glad I was the one to go pick them up because what they tried to give me wasn't what we ordered. They corrected it but it looked like a rush job because it was. They did what they could and were very nice about correcting it. $22 for boutonniere and $40 for a wrist corsage. Strap to the corsage broke 30 min in.
Joyce was amazing! She took her time with me and answer all my questions. She helped me design a beautiful flower arrangement for my mom.

I have been using Colony Florist for years and have never had anything go wrong. The customer service is outstanding. They will call the person receiving the flowers before going out to make sure they can deliver. If they can't reach them, they will call the person giving the flowers to see what they can do. Finally, they will call the giver back to let them know everything is okay. They will answer emails promptly and they are always friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile. This business is exceptional with a personal touch in being able to contact the owner directly. I find everything about Colony Florist impressive.
Second time using this Florist due to being pleased with first order! Susan was great! She was friendly, even though you could tell she was BUSY Mother's Day on Sunday yet professional and good customer service. Notified me immediately of delay in having access to deliver; created new arrangement for my order to be delivered next day! Gorgeous flowers and good quality!. Will recommend this florist to friends and family.
I received Two beautiful arrangements for Mother’s day and Birthday last weekend. All I can say is WOW. Great delivery and arrangement was perfect. They are still beautiful and I am still enjoying them today! Called to thank them and Susan couldn’t have been nicer. My new florist!! Highly recommended. Having to stay home, pretty flowers really brightens the house. Thank you Susan.
From the start, they have treated me like family! The have handled jobs as small as $30 up to $400 so far. 5+months of doing business with them The flowers are always fresh, delivered on-time, they LAST and their custom creations are tremendous. They stand behind their work and if there's a challenge, they tell you and set proper expectations. I recommend them highly and will use them as my go-to florist!
Esme at Colony Florist saved the day for my wedding bouquet! I originally ordered a bouquet from the HEB on Bunkerhill but the day before my wedding they told me the colors of peonies I ordered did not come in and they only had 1 colour. I called a number of florists in the area asking for peony stock in different colours, they all said no. Esme kindly recommended Trader Joe's may have peonies in stock. We purchased the flowers from Trader Joe's, took them over to Esme and she created a beautiful bouquet and boutonniere in time for my wedding ceremony. Thank you, thank you, thank you Esme for saving the day!
we stumbled across Colony Florist quite by accident. We went in, picked out the arrangement and received a quote. I called a few days later and they handled the order over the phone. They prepared the most beautiful arrangements for my dad's memorial service. They delivered on time and without incident. One of the leaves was a bit crumples, but overall they were gorgeous. Yes, funerary arrangements are expensive and we expected it. I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. I was very, very happy.
Excellent service, beautiful selection of flowers and the timing was great also! Will be returning
