Everyone was very nice and very thorough and efficient. It was fast and convenient, The nurse ,staff and the Dr were very friendly and helpful. I couldn't have had a better experience. After signing in I only waited a minute or two before I was seen by support staff. In another minute or two I was seen by the nurse and after a couple of minutes by the Dr. Very pleased and will recommend.
My husband and I were passing through and went in due to bad coughs and fear of pneumonia. I cannot say enough good things about this place.I wish they were near us in TN! Everyone was very nice and very thorough and efficient. They have an X-ray machine and pharmacy right on site and we were in and out of there quickly. They took great care of us and we highly recommend them.
Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. It was great. I just moved here and this will definitely be my go-to place to get care. The receptionist could be a bit warmer, but nonetheless, she gets the job done, as is effective and efficient. I hope it remains this great!
Sandy at the front desk sketched me out. She couldn't spell anything I said, including my name, which she had my ID. I have never had to give my social security number for any urgent care before this, it made me very uncomfortable because they also scan your license or other ID, which I have a real ID. Contrary to my introduction, the doctor I had was very pleasant. She was able to quickly and effortlessly diagnose me and tell me what I need. Overall not a good experience. You would be better off going to St. Luke's or LVHN if you are in this area.
I’ve been to this clinic a total of 3 times and my first visit with Dr. Oakley was great. She’s a sweet woman and very caring, but Dr. Sully on the other hand is a weird man and unprofessional. when he evaluated me my last two visits he barged in cutting off nurses who were speaking to me to take over. He didn’t take me serious, especially the second time I came! I literally told him my symptoms shortness of breath, loss of taste and he straight up said “I’m telling you right now you just have allergies” when whole time I have Covid and tested positive! I HAVE COVID NOT ALLERGIES but he just knew what he was talking about huh.
In town visiting family when I got strep. Came here and was in and out in 45 minutes with antibiotics. Was very pleased with the front desk staff, nurse, and doctor for their quick and efficient care. My sister went in a few days later and had the same experience and then I had to bring my son here about a week later and experienced the same. Appreciated the consistency and easy process to get our needs met.
I would not recommend entering into a Patient "First" facility under any circumstances, especially if you are uninsured or under-insured. A more appropriate name would be Patient Last. I was charged hundreds of dollars for a simple Covid test. Be aware that this place does not offer "care" and it negatively impacts people's health due to its enormous charges and fees.
The nurse was great, but the doctor silly obviously didn’t care what I had to say and after repeating the issue multiple times, someone else walked into the room and stated that she had heard I was experiencing something that I NEVER told anyone. I will not be coming back here again. Awful doctor. Doesn’t listen or seem to really care. Also induced unneeded anxiety into the situation.
Wait time was less than15 mins. Receptionist was very nice. Doctor I had was awesome. I knew my Dx and she saw I had been treated there before for same problem. I did receive my meds there which saved me from running to the drug store later. In and out in less than an hour.
It was Thanksgiving and very busy. However the entire staff was very patient and organized. The doctor was also attentive and very patient. Even though it was busy everyone was extremely professional.
