Kyle Lunde has been working with athletes of all levels for more than 12 years, since completing his own successful collegiate football career. He has helped numerous athletes make their way to the professional ranks in the sports of football, soccer and hockey, through his innovative approach to speed and agility training, along with his camp/combine preparation programs.
Kyle is one of the most highly regarded speed coaches on the West Coast, and he has the unique ability to observe, assess and correct technical running and movement issues during the course of a single phase of training. Tremendous improvement has been enjoyed by athletes of all ages, both male and female, when working with Kyle. He has designed and implemented programs for both individuals and teams, for all sports, helping countless athletes reach their personal goals, whether that is making the varsity level or the professional ranks.
