One member of the staff very rude and downright dishonest. Husband hospitalized for 6 months heart transplant/and it was impossible to work with her. Many notices indicating computer was being used. The only sign of storage break in was the bottom of door was pushed in. She fabricated stories about a family member had to have the police called on them because she wouldn’t allow him to go in the unit. As far as payments. The card we were using exclusively for the storage unit was fraudulently used at Best Buy. This interrupted our automatic pay. Took months to clear up. By that time we were past due several months. We were treated as if we were villains and all we were trying to do was clear up our account and began paying. All this time scared not knowing if my husband was going to live or die. My husband is 8 months out from a heart transplant and when we went in to get some clarity we were asked to sit in the car until she completed working with a costomer. We tried to work with person and had to wait for Brandon to get anything done. When we were finally able to catch up on payments the unit looked broken into, still. Boxes were piled up and out of order. It was obvious someone had been in the unit. When making them aware, they said sorry you declined extra security showed the contract where no extra security was added. Indicated by a check mark. This was a nightmare for us. Thanks to Brandon we are on track but want to get out! We were very unfairly treated. Still trying to move with a sick husband.

It's a pretty clean location with great customer service. I am not a patron but I know someone who is and her unit was pretty clean. I just didn't care for the stale odor. But it could be coming from a culmination of all the units combined.

An awful place.The upstairs operations is antiquated. It's dangerous moving in and out without an elevator. You have to carry your items up and down a very steep staircase with razor thin steps. The manager has a rude, nasty, and hostile personality. She seems to be annoyed with her job, duties and the customers. I can't imagine why my sister opted for this location. Savings shouldn't be an exchange for an exasperating and ghastly experience!

Very excellent, pleasant, and knowledgeable customer service. Also, the property is clean and well-maintained. Proximity to MARTA public transportation was a huge plus for me. Thank You, ATL Storages Staff for a very satisfying experience.

I rented a unit for a year. Moved out today.Marie was so helpful. My unit was very clean. Marie is doing a good job training Bridgette.They are both nice to work with.

Great place to Storage. People are friendly and i have never had any problems what so ever. I always use this storage Sullivan rd. Great place. Be safe.

Marie was very helpful and went above and beyond when we needed help with our move out. Patient and joyful to deal with, I recommend this facility!

The manager Marie is a true professional she knows job well.
