Dr. Simpson is an excellent caring and kind medical doctor. He listen and paid full attention to my wife's concern. He cheered her on when her test results showed she had no cancer. My wife says Dr. Simpson is one of her life heroes.
Dr. Arhin was very personable and had excellent bedside manner. It was a breath of fresh air to have a medical oncologist who listened and gave sound guidance. She was prepared and familiar with my chart before she entered the room. The only reason for 4 stars was I waited a good while before being called to the back. However, I did not have to wait long for her to come to my room. This was my first visit.
A wonderful staff that cares about you as a person. The doctor's are great, receptive to any concerns and questions you may have. There's no rushing you out of the office. The appointment is over when you are satisfied with your questions and answers received. The doctor's are always on top of your health situation and requirements to solve any issues. A great Health Care facility for Cancer patients
I love it here the people are always so nice. This is one doctor’s appointment I look forward going to. Even when I had a billing issue they made sure it was taken care of before my appointment came up.The staff are very professional which is always great and friendly.
I saw Elizabeth Friday and she updated me on my CT and test results. She was kind and professional simultaneously. I had cancer in 2016 and received 6 chemo treatments from August to December. I was cancer free by January 2017. Dr. Simpson answered all of my questions. He was very caring, supportive, and helpful. He helped me deal with side effects and complications. I was definitely in good hands.
During my first visit Dr. Arhin exhibited herself as a professional, knowledgeable, and caring doctor. She has a plan for me and I look forward to her continued care.
I always enjoy a pleasant experience and a good visit with Dr Simpson and his staff everyone is kind and welcoming, they are always courteous professional and efficient.
Discussed my situation with Dr. McKee and we talked about taking blood samples and how it could turn out. She indicated to me that if that was a positive situation, then I would be seeing her nurse practitioner the next time I come. I shook my head because I adore Dr. McKee and she handles me with let’s just say very nicely. She is an excellent physician and treats her patients well. So then they sent my it’s LDT or something like that to me and it had been 261 and now it’s in the 80s. Thank God.
Previously had one of the staff members claim I yelled at her when she called me and I was in my car and tried to explain to her with a hoarse voice I was unavailable the day she was attempting to give me… while she out talked me… I then came to Chemotherapy unaware of all of this and lied on again by one of the staff members saying someone at Northside complained about me but wasn’t given any names called Northside but no one knew what I was talking about… Today I went to Chemotherapy and was asked to take my weapon back to my car… which was cool but it wasn’t posted… Then I was approached asking me not to leave out to go back to the car?? Which was unnecessary and I honestly felt harassed and picked on. You’ve already asked me to put the gun in the car and that policy changed… I just don’t understand why you fell like you need to repeat this to me??!! I’m going to Bible study tonight as planned and will pray for these demons…
Very good appointment! No long waiting. I got in and got bloodwork done. I got my next appointment schedule.
