Absolutely horrible service center. Took my truck in for an oil change and sat for 5 hour WITH an appointment a few months ago. Gave my truck back filthy and covered in oil. Just went to have the oil filter changed and they spent almost an hour trying to remove it because Atlantic had over tightened it. Don’t bring your vehicle here for service. They don’t respect your property or time.

Waooo, let me just say this dealership auto group is the greatest for your automotive needs .Places like Millennium Chevrolet are the place to be if you're looking for a vehicle.

Run don’t walk away from this dealership. If you chose to ignore this warning and purchase a car from them please make sure you get a copy of everything you sign. Get any promise or requirement in writing. If they refuse take a picture with your phone and be willing to walk away when the numbers do not add up at settlement. Review carefully anything you are signing take your time question everything. Don’t let them rush you through the paperwork. Look at their reviews before visiting. They put the beware in Buyer Beware!

This place stinks. I never write reviews- this is my first one actually - but I have multiple stories about how this place is bad. - The told me my father who was a double leg amputee was "not normal". - They reneged on 3 handshake agreements, even though I was knowingly paying over the blue blook value my wife loved the car, even though it was over 10 years old. - They absolutely refused to give me my credit card back despite me saying/insisting they do over 10 times and only did so when people in the show room started looking at us. I believe that actually may be illegal. I have more stories as well. There are a lot of places to buy cars. Don't make the mistake of going here. Nothing but bad, if not insulting experiences. I want to give no stars but I cannot make this post without giving at least one it seems.

So glad I backed out of a purchase here. definitely a bunch of fraudsters. Avoid this place like the plague. If you absolutely have to buy a car from them, read all the paperwork! Dont let them rush you and make you feel like you need to just sign everything quickly without reading it.

I had two of my Genesis in for regular service. The service department is excellent for my Genesis and several Hyundai vehicle. I bought my Hyundai therebin 2003 and have used the service department ever since. The Service Manager Tim and his staff are always helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them as I am coming upbto my 20th year using them.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. Do yourself a favor and run the other direction. Big time scam alert, in the finance office they make you sign a document releasing all legal rights against the dealership. Now why would a good honest dealer want you to sign away your right to take legal action against them? Ask yourself that... Then RUN. Edit because the dealer wants to fight wasn't going to use names and put people on blast but here ya go ... It was kia. The sales person was Sebastian, the manager was Odane and the finance person was Jasmine. It was a 2019 optima which I ended up buying because they tried to first sell me a 2018 Chevy malibu that they didn't have the title for. Enough proof or would you like me to post pictures of my documents too?

Spoke with a sales representative which was very helpful, then was transferred to Debra the manager and she was so busy boasting how they are number one and talking over me. And then arguing about pricing. I saw a listed sale price on thier website then she's telling they would never list it for that meanwhile I'm looking right at the web page. Avoid Debra.

Everyone should know the incident that took place here years ago. They took a employee’s kidney then fired her within a year. This place is full of narcissistic people that would act like they would treat you like family but really just want the money you can bring them. If they would take an employers kidney just imagine what they would do to you. This place should be shut down and everyone involved in the incident should be in prison. This place is sick and full of stuck up people. Even though I was not involved in the incident they still ruined someone’s life for there financial gain!! Please stay away!!!!
