"Located in the easternmost town in Nassau County, Long Island with excellent proximity to affluent towns to the west. The Property sits directly off of Sunrise Highway, the main east/west thoroughfare for the southern shore of Long Island and has substantial frontage along Carmans Road, a north-south roadway that connects Sunrise Highway to the Southern State Parkway. The Property is surrounded by residential neighborhoods on two sides and multiple other shopping centers along Sunrise Highway, as well as multiple bus lines coming into the property and train access within walking distance."

We will miss this place when it closes. The leases were not renewed for most of the establishments. The Dave and Buster was especially amazing. They also had an amazing Native American store with lots of stones and native sweaters. I loved it. I liked how they have auntie annies on two floors as well.
I will always come to this mall to get most of my shopping needs accomplished. Would love to get the empty stores open with some new businesses because this mall is such a great location.
I’ve lived in Long Island for almost a year and honestly never discover this place until about a month ago. Pretty solid selection of stores and pretty open as well so minimal risk of congestion which I appreciated. Will definitely stop by again to check out some more stores.
Hoping the new developers turn this into a flourishing mall it definitely has a Roosevelt Field potential and it is such a nice piece of property please don’t let it go to waste and keep it retail!!!!!!! Grew up going to the small and it went downhill very quickly over the years and was never well taken care of and the store selection Was nothing great
Great location. This mall has some good businesses still, it just needs a revamping.
This place would be great, besides the fact that it has an abandoned vibe to it. There are almost no open stores, and everything was so deserted and quiet. The only reason there were some people there was because of the Dave & Busters.
My favorite Macy's on Long Island. The store is smaller than most, which makes shopping a pleasure. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable and can locate and order merchandise right away. Definitely worth a visit!
sad to hear about it closing soon. This was a great mall. But there are koi fish still left in the fountain that are hungry and need to be fed. Will they be taken care of as the mall begins to close? Please respond, a bunch of us are worried about the fish.
The store is beautiful. But the exselater doesn't always work. Big problem when your a senior.
Updated from years ago has Macy's & Sears one side of mall to the other . Great restrooms , cleanliest I've seen and an array of stores from clothing to technical retail items I found an old photo of my old "Time out" game room which was so hot in the 80's & is just reminded me of my childhood . Excellent mall in Massapequa, NY
