I saw L. Wood today and had an excellent appointment. She was engaging, caring, and solutions driven. She immediately told me what my issues could be and the reasons why. She told me what our plan of action would be and why. I was super satisfied with our personal and professional connection and look forward to my follow up in a few months.
Lesley Wood the NP was extremely heartless. Don’t bother seeing her. I broke down about the severe abdominal pain from my diverticulitis, told her I’m passing out on the bathroom floor in pain and she told me she can’t help me. She was rude and she thought she knew everything although she isn’t even the doctor. I have been receiving treatment for my stomach for months now, and have been in the worst pain of my life. I begged her for help and she told me she can’t do anything at all. She order stool samples. And sent me home. I will NEVER go back there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND they only care about the insurance money. EDIT TO ADD she has posted in my medical chart that I used profanity and cornered her in the office. She put that I was causing a scene looking for pain medicine. I asked for anti diarrhea medicine. That is a complete lie. I had my baby in the room and did not swear at this woman. I was also in the chair crying the entire appointment. Begging for help. She is slandering me. I will be reporting her. She put a lot of false information in my chart to cover herself because she has only had her license for less than 2 years. EDIT AGAIN I have been calling the office manager leaving messages to report this and they have been avoiding calling me back. So I called department of health and reported this so I’m waiting for a solution.
Dr. Cohen is the Docter I chose and I am extremely happy with him. He's brilliant, and very professional, thorough, and Always cordial.
L Wood was very understanding and compassionate. I felt very comfortable with her decision in dealing with my situation.
Any time I have a missed call from this office and call back to inquire the reasoning, no one ever knows anything. I was put on a waitlist for a sooner procedure and possibly missed out on the opportunity because of miscommunication and disorganization. And yet I'm the one who receives an attitude from the staff member who answered the phone? Uncool.
Love this office Only change I'd make to web search is hours of operation. They start seeing patients at 8am but don't take calls til after 9am
This office is extremely unorganized not to mention unfriendly and unhelpful office staff. Do your self the favor and don't go here.
Hard to get through to anyone - unfriendly and unhelpful office staff. Don’t call between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm - they all take a 90 min lunch. Nearly impossible to make an appt w our Dr - told it will be 6 months or more even though there’s a problem NOW! Won’t schedule appts with other Drs in office if ours is unavailable / they don’t make “sick “ office visits and for someone in need of a med that will help the patient feel better, there’s no urgency to have Dr review and approve it. We’re on day 2 waiting to see if the needed med will be called into pharmacy
Prompt call backs. Trying hard to get my Nexium covered. Warm manner and take their time with patients. Down side is the wait sometimes.
Worst gastrointestinal practice in New England . Avoid this practice and Dr Kuranna. She’s the worst doctor I ever been to in my life. 6 months of suffering because she won’t prescribe me the proper medication I need or run the tests I need. Dr Khurana should go back to medical school or actually just be stripped of her license to practice all together
