I highly recommend Aubertine-Lopes. They are so incredibly kind and professional and paid attention to every little detail. Even after the funeral they communicated with us and asked if there was anything we needed. I cannot thank Sharon, Millie, Tim and Troy enough for all that they did. They made a difficult time so much easier.
Very pleased with our service and the care of our mom. Everything went as well as possible and we are thankful for the ease during a tough time.
After talking to Sharon we called another funeral parlor and took our mom out of there. After we payed them $900 to get her back. She acted like we couldn't afford what we were getting and kept trying to talk us into cheaper things. Because she didn't think we could afford it. She's was rude and talked down to us. We've given them thousands and thousands of dollars in the past, And never had a problem dealing with Tim. So we didn't expect this treatment. Then she wanted the whole $8000 in 1 day. Just so she knows we paid the new funeral parlor in full, and in cash, after they told us don't worry about the payment. Do yourself a favor and don't use these "people". Thank you Southcoast Chapel Mortuary. And they're half the price.
Aubertine-Lopes has provided their amazing services to several members of my family, most recently for the loss of my mother. Their service is unmatched taking care of families and providing the deceased with beautiful, respectful, and dignified departure to their final resting place. I am so happy with the service I received, I believe they went above and beyond. My husband's service was beautiful and the blanket with his picture is a wonderful keepsake.
