Rock funeral home took care of us. Our funeral assistant John is great at his job. He is very professional and also very personal. He is very good at making you and your family smile through difficult times. My only suggestion is that for larger wakes, it would be awesome if the funeral home had a video camera linked to either a large TV or projector screen setup in the side rooms to live stream the service for when the main room reaches capacity.
At the most difficult time in our lives, Rocks exceptionally professional staff worked with our family to ensure the service for our loved one was exactly as he would wish. They went far beyond and above in service with compassion, patience and tremendous care. Our family is eternally grateful.
We have had multiple occasions to use Rock Funeral home for parents, grandparents and a sibling. In all cases we have received timely, professional and very importantly caring service from everyone associated with Rock Funeral home. Services were punctual but we have never felt rushed because of their meticulous planning. It is a difficult time for the family and friends of our loved ones but the wonderful people at Rock’s make it stress free and a worthy, beautiful send off. My wife’s services required coordination with an out of state funeral home and once again it all happened seamlessly. Cannot praise Rock Funeral Home and all the staff enough.
Everyone very respectful and friendly from the moment we stepped through the door. They made the process of making arrangements very comfortable for us and our wishes were very much welcomed and made them happen. Pam was wonderful. She made sure the wake was comfortable for everyone. Jonathan made the funeral day Seamless for us which made us better focused on our Mother for our final goodbye. Thank You so much
If I could add more stars I would. My first visit with The Rock Funeral Home was 3yrs ago for services for my mom after a recommendation from someone who has worked in various locations and after a horrible experience somewhere else. Right away my family and I were overwhelmed with peace, respect and reassurance that our mom was in good hands. They truly made us feel comfortable in every aspect including financially. I worked closely with Sue Fernandes and she provided us more than we expected. We were also surprised at how BEAUTIFUL and natural my mom looked. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful it was knowing she didn't look like makeup was caked on. She looked like she was peacefully resting. My second visit with the Rock was for my father-in-law in 2021 which we were happy to take him there after a wonderful first experience and once again, The Rock and their staff did not disappoint. They were extremely patient with us and so kind and generous. Again, my father=in-law looked AMAZING! Our 3rd experience was for my husbands cousin this past holiday. After the family searched around for crematories, I recommended them to speak with Sue and they were so happy they did. Not only were the prices reasonable, but they handled EVERYTHING. I didn't realize they had their own crematorium so it made it easier not having to go through a third party. They also went as far as to bring the ashes personally to the cemetery which typically the family would go to the facility to pick up the remains. I can not thank Sue and everyone at The Rock Funeral home enough for the pure kindness they show during such difficult times. They will always be my choice. Even when it's my time. -Kelly
From start to finish, Pam and everyone else we encountered were not only extremely professional and helpful, but they also showed us a great level of compassion and care as we navigated this very difficult time. My family can't say enough about how pleased we are with Pam. She went above and beyond to meet our needs and exceeded all expectations. Our family had always used another local funeral home in the past, but we're glad we decided to try Rock this time around. We will be using them going forward. The efforts of the team at Rock alleviated a lot of unnecessary worry and stress during a very difficult time.
Rock Funeral Home is very professional and made sure that everything was the way the family wanted. They were ready to help when we needed it. The staff was very compassionite and caring about about the family and friends that were there. Love this funeral home I have know completes!! Would recommend Rock funeral home to my friends and family.
Our family was very pleased with the staff the moment we entered Rock Funeral Home to make our mother's arrangements. We were met with compassion and light hearted banter on a very difficult day. Thank you to John for keeping our spirits up on a day that was extremely hard to navigate. The funeral home did a beautiful job catching the essence of our mother through their Life Story display. We were given the opportunity to have meaningful photos displayed as well as dozens of photos continuously streamed on several large screen TVs around the room. We were also invited to put together a playlist of meaningful songs that were played softly throughout the duration of the Wake. Many friends and family members were impressed and mentioned how they had never seen anything like it. It truly was a celebration of our mother's life rather than of her passing. The staff met every request and was more than willing to support all of our needs. We would absolutely recommend Rock Funeral Home to those who wish to celebrate their loved one with honor and dignity.
Rock funeral home is a wonderful place to have final services done for families. Their staff are amazing they help you through all your needs. They go above and beyond. Their establishment is very clean and maintained. Highly recommended

My wife’s celebration of her life was amazing and so many friends and family told me it was the best and most beautiful celebration they have ever attended. People at rock were so kind and compassionate I would not hesitate to recommend their services. They are the best
