Place was very good. Check-in was easy. Creek was neat to stay by. Staff was quick to respond. We were just stopping through. My only hangup was no quarter machine for the laundry room. If you ask them for more WiFi codes, they will provide. Great experience! Thanks!Service: 5/5
We needed a location right off the highway that had a pool for the kids and that’s what we got! Camp management was friendly and helpful! They gave a nice and quiet spot on the creek. Campsite is also super close to Bucees! Full hook up for a good overnight price. Easy access to freeway.Service: 5/5
We were escaping hurricane Idalia and landed here. Great choice! It is a great little gated campground with a mini waterpark attached with a huge pool, kiddie pool/splash pad and a lazy river. The waterpark side also had an amazing deck area and a ballroom that would be awesome for events or parties We stayed in a creekside campsite which was truly peaceful and beautiful. Staff is super friendly and attentive. We loved our stay and had a great time in the pool. The only downsides were the lazy river was down for cleaning but we realized they had just taken the park over 3 weeks ago so that is understandable. Also the campground bathroom was a little musty but the bathrooms and shower facilities in the waterpark were beautiful. All in all, great place to stay and very reasonably priced. It"s apparent that they are still working on getting things buttoned up but it seems like these new owners are working to make this place awesome. Safety: It's gated with coded entry.
Beautiful grounds! We only stayed one night but it was very peaceful. We booked last minute, after hours. We got a call to tell us how to get in and they sent us a map to get to our site. So helpful and not what I'm used to, it took the stree out of the entire process! We were on a creek side site which is very nice!!
We had a great weekend . Everyone was so nice we felt comfortable. The pool areas were very refreshing and clean very spacious. We will be back soon.Rooms: 5/5
Nice place. Close enough to campus while not being in the center of the party and crowds during gameday! Great place for kids with the lazy river!!Rooms: 5/5
I don't believe in giving one star reviews and I am not, but they have a terrible cancellation policy. Quite a rip off for cancelling a Sunday and Monday night stay 11 days ahead of time. No refund. We are out $121.03.
We stopped here as part of our escape route out of Florida from hurricane Ian to protect our RV. Due to the storms last minute turn in course our home sustained damage requiring us to return early. The management has chosen not to refund our money and take advantage of people in this time of natural disaster. Please consider this when deciding to book here or not. There are several other very nice campgrounds in the area. Response: I completely disagree with your reply. I spoke to 3 different people regarding our situation and the storm! fyi, we live in Hillsborough county that also sustained heavy damage and have pictures to prove our situation. If you truly stand by your words I would accept your refund. Thank you
It's a nice quiet place with decent tree coverage on most sites. Our site was warm until about 5 when the trees started to help. We're in a creekside pull through spot. Office and bathhouse are clean. No checkin necessary, which was awesome! Got a text in the morning with instructions, internet, and spot. Super easy. Would definitely come back for a football game.
Beautiful park, very quiet, really relaxed and enjoyed our stayHotel highlightsGreat view, Quiet
