The worst experience I’ve ever had. Apartment flooded 5 times due to their septic system being backed up every six months. They never do preventative Maintenance. After my house flooded they never replace the carpet or anything in the home. Left there equipment in my home until 2 days before my lease was up. Changed management and management still didn’t do follow up after being made aware of the issues. New management in April house flooded the last time on May 3. emailed called no response until 2 weeks before I moved out. House was full of mold and mildew they did nothing. I wish I could post the pictures.
The office is horrible. I have communicated with them several times that I was renewing my rent as well as sent an email and 2 separate people apologized and promised they would fix it and I just received a notice to be evicted for failure to pay my rent. So if you ever have any issues good luck!
Although we have are still in the beginning stages, Chris at the front office is fantastic! He answered all of our questions and has been helping so much already through our process. We are really excited to bring our family together in our first home.
Lived in this complex for 3 years saw many different management company’s every time they hired someone new they never knew answers to anything The only person Diana knows everything and you have to wait for her to come to work for whatever you asked for to be done right I was moving out and asked the manager to fill out my apartment verification and I mentioned he needed to send it himself he told me no when I know for a fact he would have to send the verification not only that he filled the form out incorrectly no one but Diana ever knows what they are talking about then amber for corporate office needs a little more training on how to speak to people who live in her complex everytime I had a question she felt the need to answer when the manager who I was asking should know the answer and they wanted to raise the price to the competition around but they don’t have any renovated units so basically we’re paying more for way less. Happy to be moving out and moving on.
I submitted a routine work request for a slow bath tub drain. Maintenance came in less than 48 hours and quickly fixed the problem. Thanks!
I want to thank you for the speed with which you responded to the maintenance request made by me, also because the problem is already solved, everything was very good, the entire process was carried out by the application, it was very simple and fast.
The ONE dumpster is always overflowing and residents or homeowners from surrounding neighborhoods are constantly dumping building material all around the dumpster location. Smells and looks like a county dump. The apartments themselves need to be pressure washed, dirty handrails, steps, and siding in the hallways going to apartments. The grass is cut but all the straw, flowerbeds, and tree beds need constant attention to fetch/justify the monthly rent required. The maintenance and office staff have always been helpful and courteous when I needed them. Just think the price you pay for the "curb appeal" could be improved on.
