My grandmother was admitted to the skilled unit yesterday, my family was very uneasy about sending her to this rehab center after all the horror stories we have heard. But from the moment she arrived her CNA was an absolute dream and did everything in her power to make my grandmother comfortable and happy!!! Rachel showed so much compassion and heart not only for my grandmother but the whole family!!! Thank you for staffing people who actually take their job seriously and that care about the people they're taking care of! Such amazing staff we are able to rest easier at night knowing the glue too our family is safe and taken care of. Thank you so much

I've  had a  great  experience since I've been here and I've been here since  July.  The staff has been great, and the therapist were very helpful for the things I needed.  I had very good aides and the  doctor was very helpful and understanding of my needs.  I  would highly recommend this place to my parents, friends or family  when they need either  long-term  or short-term  care.

I have had multiple family members that have come to this facility. The staff that was there was very nice and attentive to my loved ones and they were nice to us. They do need more staff, but it has gotten better in the last couple months. Their CNAs work very hard to help the residents there as well as the families. I would recommend them to anyone I come across.

I have had loved ones in the past year come to this facility. The staff was very attentive to my loved ones needs. They were short staffed, but I have seen it is getting better. I appreciate the care that the CNAs and nurses provided for my loved one up to the end. I would recommend this facility for anyone I come across and future family members who may need services to get back home.

Lyssa and her team are awesome.  Management has no problem rolling up their sleeves and helping take care of the staff.  they're cheerful, friendly, and genuinely want the best for all of the residents..

This is an amazing facility. Staff are professional, pleasant and have sincere  compassion for all of our residents. Care is great!

I am a current resident here. I have a few CNAs that I really like here. I wish they had more help, but they work very hard to meet our needs. I would recommend this building for any future residents. We have a great activities team. We play Bingo, have discussion periods, and lots of fun games. The only complaint that I would have is the snack machine doesn't work right alot of times . The only other issue I have is we cannot give gratuities to employees that are liked.

This is the most unsafe organization. Very unprofessional and greatly under staffed. The management is hiding in their offices trying to not be found by outraged family members over the treatment of their loved ones. Don’t take anyone there ever. They take your money and offer only dangerous care. Update: We found out that Augusta Nursing & Rehab continued to bill our insurance for three months after my Wife left. Not only will they hurt your Loved Ones but they will try stealing from the insurance company. Warn as many people as you can, this place and management need to be jailed

Great place to work. Supportive management and caring staff. I’m glad to be a part of such a wonderful team.

Staff truly care and goes above and beyond.  Healthcare is hard but this staff works as a family and team.
