Had a teleheath appointment was told blood work was fine when it wasn't

The phlebotomist there is very unknowledgeable. Doesn’t know the basic terms for certain tests. Had to go up there 3x for my 4 year olds health tests and had to get her blood drawn twice for them being nonchalant. Wouldn’t recommend. Very traumatic for my daughter.

Please do not come to this clinic especially The tyrant William Gillard Md I came to get help with my fitness journey and refill he prescription I been aunt Martha patient science I was 15 and I never experienced docter walking out on my visit.

Great service at the south Holland office. The office staff and nurses are all very pleasant. I’ve gone to other locations and i refuse to ever be seen in those facilities again! NP Vida and Dr Gillard are both very patient. They answer all my questions. My appointment time is ALWAYS on schedule! The ladies at the front are greet you when you come in. Great service and they treat EVERYONE with respect and dignity! The lady that draws your blood is so funny and personable as well! Thank you all very much!

Aunt Martha’s South Holland Clinic staff has been very helpful throughout my pregnancy. Every time I come for my parental visits everyone is very welcoming! It’s always clean and I’m glad I made the decision to come here. I 100% recommend!!

No one answers the phone on the appointment line I was on hold for a lil over 20 mins. That’s very sad considering they don’t know what the extent or urgency of someone illness could be with needing to see a doctor an no one answers that’s very inconsiderate to your patients. Please improve this immediately with people who’s willing to work an accepts patients like myself phone calls to scheduled for appointments.

I really enjoy coming here! They are really patient with me because I am always a little bit late. I have been coming here for years and I always get great customer service! Now I am pregnant and this will be my first time with my doctor here and I’m super excited!

I called they told me come in. I get here and they say no more walk ins. I ask can they please squeeze her in. A 1yr old with pink eye and they refused care saying no more walk ins. Its not even a lot of people in there. They didnt even show no concern. Then the state wonder why we forced to go to the emergency for minor stuff. But charged the state a high bill. We dont have many walk in clinic as it is. This would have been a simple visit.

Ms Rasheeta is new but was very nice and attended to my bathroom concern ASAP. Ms Brenda and Ms Angelica are always a pleasure. I've been going to this facility for about a year seeing Ms. Vita and their professionalism is outstanding. Wish I'd found them sooner!!

This is the best clinic I have ever been too. I love Brenda and Amber and the Dr.Gillard and the rest of the beautiful staff they are always professional very caring and they make sure you are taken care of before you leave the office. I love my south holland office
