I’m a new patient. Went to this dental clinic basically for my front tooth cavity. They did 3 kinds of x ray. Dr. Salapatas asked me why I am there for after studying the result of the x rays. Told him I want a filling for my front tooth cavity. He looked at it and told me he will do the job but first have to get a deep cleaning because “he wanta to work with a clean teeth.” My co pay was $300. Have to be divided into 2 visits for a $150 each. The last visit were the deep cleaning of the top teeth and filling of my tooth cavity. I paid everything before hygienist did the last cleaning. Dr. SALAPATAS examined the tooth gave me the anesthesia. Came back 25 minutes after and told me that as he studied the x ray again found out that the cavity is deeper than he thought and will recommend me to an orthodontist. What a SCAM!!! Why can’t you tell me this before asking me to pay $300 for deep cleaning? And he didn’t do anything at all. Just numbing me for nothing and $300 gone but tooth still have cavity. DUMB!!!! Not recommending this dental clinic. If I can give them zero I will.
This place is absolute garbage. I have my braces in right now. I have teeth still missing in the back so they’re not connected to a bracket. So every time I chew food it bends on the wire. The material is so cheap that it breaks and I have to dig out that broke wire out my gums. I told them this before and they just say it’s my fault. I tried talking to one of the doctors about it and all they said was “ sorry I’m not a orthodontist” then tells my mom to come in and tell her he can’t do anything about it. After he then says “sorry maybe next time” this place just wants to get paid so they don’t care about you. I can’t wait for these to come of because this has been absolute torture.
This was one of the best experiences I have ever had involving a dentist visit. Dr. Brady was great He removed my wisdom tooth so fast I didnt even know it was out. He is very professional and makes you feel comfortable and at ease about the whole procedure. I will be returning and recommending all my family to him.
Wonderful place to go!!! Dr. Brady had my top teeth out quickly with no pain during and after. I am quite pleased with the whole process of getting my top dentures as well. It's taking them a little while but at least they are taking their time and getting them done right.
They May take a while to get you in and now I see why ! The dentist was awesome and so quick and made it so painless! I mean literally 2 minutes and the extraction was done. Very knowledgeable and friendly dr and staff. I will return for all my dental needs.
Thank you Dr. And staff this morning they removed 2 of my teeth and I didn't feel a thing. I do recommend them and I will return if the ever need dental work. Service was prompt and courteous. I had a 8:30 am. appointment I was seen by 9 and out by 9:40. That's real service. Thank you again.
My visits are always terrible. They take way too long and never receive my calls. When I have appointments they change them to other appointments I did not make. The website says it’s opened from time to time but when I show up to the location the building is closed.. Not to mention the way I was treated when I had 4 extractions done.... the doctor called me a baby... for tearing up due to the extreme pain because he didn’t let the anesthesia quick in before starting the procedure.
All I have to say about this place is that they are ready! I came here not knowing that and they took good care of me.
This place is ok for regular cleanings. But I am not one to stand for those in superior positions believing they can just walk over their inferiors like a rug. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and was one of three people in the waiting area when I arrived. However, I watched in disappointment as five people that came after me be called before me. Next, I waited an hour for the doctor to arrive to receive fillings because he was “running late.” Once he saw me he told me that I was not going to get my fillings today and left the room. I had to yell out to him and ask him why not and he responded to one of the assistants, not me, that he is behind so he will not be able to do the work today on me, the first patient scheduled for the day! Can you believe that! His nonchalant demeanor and lack of concern for his patients’ time is disgusting. I am a full time student in college and I work part time. I had to take off of work and miss three classes in order to make this dental appointment! And at the snap of his fingers he could completely disregard MY TIME, for the sake of his. I was completely offended and I WILL NOT be going back!!!!
This is the worst Dental place I've ever been to. My first doctor told me I needed permanent retainers because my gums were going to force my teeth to open back up. I get a new doctor and he tells me that as long as I wear my plastic retainers everyday, I should be good. That was false information. My teeth shifted back open 6 days after they took my braces off and my new doctor had the nerve to tell me "you must have not been wearing your retainers" No sweetheart, you must not have studied the gums. My first doctor told me BEFORE I got braces put on that my teeth were going to shift back open if I didnt get PERMANENT retainers. I do not like my new doctor at all. He needs to be fired. I have braces on right now AGAIN and they're making me pay for it and AGAIN and this time he's going to refer me to another place that DOES permanent retainers. Worst experience I'd ever had. Do not waste your money here at all.
