All employees I've interacted with have been amazing. They are to help the animals with realistic treatments and have never recommended anything more than necessary to treat my dogs. It's nice, and rare, to have a vet I can trust with my pets and wallet.
Super sweet staff and doctor. I found a stray cat earlier the other morning and wanted to check if he had a chip or not and the staff were very sweet with helping me. They were also able to get me in the same day and were able to take care of my own cat who has been having stomach issues. She’s feeling better already. Also, the price is nothing too crazy which is also a bonus. Professional, great service, and affordable. Definitely come here for your fur babies!
Dr. Kant was simply amazing while our poor dog suffered pneumonia and ended up having to be put down. We went to 4 different vets and now I will never go to another vet clinic again. This is the place for pet care!
My cats have been coming here for years and the staff is always amazing! They have been so tremendously helpful with diagnosing and treating my cat with type 2 diabetes. They are great with following up and are very responsive which is a huge plus! I highly recommend this vet!

We couldn't be happier at how kind, caring, and gentle the vet was, and the front desk is excellent, too. They listened to our concern , never tried to push anything, and truly care and love the animals they treat. I would not hesitate to recommend them and feel confident our fur baby is in excellent hands!
I really loved our first visit to Aurora Animal Hospital. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The doctor and the tech showed a lot of compassion and gentleness to our fur baby Tomás. I like that I was able to get a same day appointment for my dog.

I have brought my dog Violet here a few times for different problems. They take the time that is needed to diagnose and also make you feel like they care for your pet. I have had a great experience with every Veterinarian. The current office staff is also very nice.
Recently I visited Aurora Animal Hospital because I could not get in to my regular vet. I had previously been a patient here but decided to seek care for my animals elsewhere because I felt like I was not being cared for correctly. Dr. Riggs had the unfortunate task of informing me my dog was terminal. She lacked ANY sort of sympathy or bedside manner. Frustrated with me when I had inquired about at home euthanasia, she quickly spit out a name of a company and rushed me out. I get it was a Saturday and they were probably very busy but if you're going to be unsympathetic and lack any bedside manner why even be in the field?
