Followed my doctor to this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I am always seen on time, and my prescription requests never get lost, like they did EVERY MONTH at Prospect Commons. Highly recommend!

Called to schedule with Dr Ricci, and was told her scheduler would call me back. They did but when they found out we don’t vaccinate I was informed that “this clinic won’t see unvaccinated individuals”

I dont go to the doctor very often, usually when something is wrong. So one time I went in with what I thought was a broken rib. I know there is nothing you can do for them but I just wanted some conformation because people kept telling me to go in. He poked my rib a couple time and said something a long the lines of yup it looks like it hurts but I cant do anything for you. I brushed it off because that's basically what I was looking for anyway. Well a couple weeks later I ended up poping my rib in place. It wasn't broken it was dislocated. Well I though I would give him another try, I asked him a couple questions and he basically laughed in my face and gave me a very sarcastic answer, I went to the emergency room a couple weeks later. Apparently if your young and female he doesn't take you seriously.

The location is fine if you need a quick fix. Doctor made me feel judged, sort of insulted and pressured on opinions regarding health especially covid related.

First time visit went well, staff was helpful & answered all the questions I had. They were friendly and put me at ease, since I was nervous about starting a new doctor.

Staff is always very nice, welcoming, and helpful! I trust them with my family's health.

The receptionist was so rude! Not coming back to this location ever!
