Aurum has translated sandwiches we all know and love into "Hand Pies". These are not the typical meat or spinach pies you might be familiar with. The dough is made from a traditional Syrian recipe, and each pie is filled with a variety of fresh, healthy ingredients. New friends fondly refer to the offerings as a cross between pita and a calzone, but whatever you want to call them - they're delicious.
