Wow! I was so impressed with the food! We got the meat combo for 2 and the amount and quality of food was so satisfying. All of the vegetables were well prepared and the meat was delicious. $35 for 2 people to eat a healthy and hearty dinner was a great value. The lady working there was very nice as well. I wish I lived in Boston so I can come back frequently! Excellent place!
A very small eatery that easily compensates for the space with delicious food and service. The wait time is long -30-40 minutes if you don't prebook. Ordered food for 4 and shared the same from a single plate. A unique experience and would certainly recommend it if you want to try Ethiopian food in a fine dine space.Food: 4/5
Really delicious food with fast service and reasonable prices. I got the vegetarian sampler and will be coming back to try more!
Incredible food!! So flavourful - the vegetables and the meat was amazing, would definitely return. Customer service was also great! Oh, and two people ordering two mains and a drink came to $42 before tip - unheard of in Boston for this quality food. Incredible value for the price.Food: 5/5
I love this place! Such delicious food with a great atmosphere in the restaurant. Everyone who works here is so kind. After eating a meal here you actually feel good because the food is so fresh and healthy. I love the vegetarian plate for 1 but their meat is also great. Thank you Ethiopian Cafe!!
First time eating Ethiopian cuisine. Omg the food was delicious ! Mango was awesome Cute little area. The hostess was nice . The music givevya moving I was a little messy learning to eat with just bread . Very clean! Highly recommended
Great little spot! We really enjoyed the lentil sambosas. We also tried the spinach sambosas but the lentil ones were the clear stand-out! My wife had the yebeg tibs and I had the vegetarian combo. The misir wet was absolutely amazing!
After a 90 minute float at Cloud Nine down the street, it was time for something delicious. We’ve been looking for an Ethiopian restaurant for a while. This one’s good. We ordered the two meat combo for two, and it came with a stack of injera. Tasty and spicy, nice fresh veggies and lentils. Good meat stews. The ginger tea was good and strong. Great date night in the ‘flatbreads of the world’ series.
Excellent vegetarian platter for two, with good variety. The lady working there was also very kind. Also, you shouldn't miss their ginger tea, it's impeccable!!Food: 5/5
Yummy!! Got one of the combo platters plus another entree—perfect amount for 4 people. I was stuffed and I usually eat a decent amount
