Join Ashley Cheng and Tracey Silverman on an incredible journey in Fall 2016. Our 200 hour yoga teacher training program draws deeply on our knowledge as Forrest Yoga, Yoga Tune Up®, Alignment-based Vinyasa and Yoga Therapy teachers.
In this training you will:
- Empower yourself and others to use yoga as a means of transformation
- Understand asana and movement through embodied anatomy and biomechanics
- Practice the art of self-care and hands-on assists
- Craft poses and sequences that work for you and your students
- Design meaningful experiences that bridge the pragmatic with the spiritual
