They didn't have the part we were in need of. But helped us locate the part from a competitor so we didn't have to wait for it to come in. Really awesome experience with them. Will use their services first next time I work on a car.

Everyone at this Auto Value store is awesome. In particular, though, John was so helpful when I had an issue with my battery! I am not mechanically inclined and do not have the tools needed to change a battery. Even in the cold weather he changed out the battery and even checked the air filter while the battery was out! Thank you so much for the awesome service!

I have been in this store many times and the staff is always so helpful. I was in there for a battery for my car and they were super nice in getting me the right one and then the counter guy went the extra mile and helped me get it installed too!

John has always been very helpful with finding parts for me and knows what he is talking about when it comes to vehicles. I have purchased my parts from him wherever he may have been working for over 20 years!

They also treat me right ive been going there for years always good service and the right part.

The sales representative is very helpful when looking for a vehicle part. Willing to go out and look at vehicle to make sure that you ate getting the right part.

I was waiting for 5 mimutes while other customers were being helped , which is fine. But then they answered 2 phone calls and helped those phone customers while I was still waiting!!!!! Those clerks need more training!!!

They are so knowledgeable, and the guys know exactly what you need. If they don't have it then chances are they can get it for you on the noon truck. I always get my parts there, it's the go to parts store!
