Today I took my husband’s truck to be washed. Let me preface this by saying my husband’s truck hasn’t been washed for an entire year and it was beyond disgusting. The Auto Bell team today went above and beyond!! First they lent me a pair of pliers so that I could remove the antenna. Next they scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed. It wasn’t to the standard they wanted so they ran the truck back through the wash and brushes again. Never have I ever seen a business do this. I was so impressed and beyond happy. Today when I left my husband’s truck was the cleanest I have seen it in such a long time. I am thankful for all of their hard work and dedication.

I have never left a bad review but if there was an option for 0 stars, I would have checked.  Will not be back!  Had a special today 2 packages for 46.99.  Within 10 minutes I was called that it was done.  I commented that it was very fast.  Well I know why, car was not wiped, half vacuumed.  I asked for rims to be rewiped, car interior, etc. I finally asked for the rag and did some myself. I left in frustration.  It was definitely not worth the money.

This is the third time I have been to this Autobell, and each time I grow more disappointed. The inside of my car does not look like it has been cleaned at all. The floor mats are still dirty with mud on them. There are fingerprints/dirt/dust still on the doors, and the front consul section. Once again a waste of money. If the outside did not look so nice, and had the young kid not taken his time on my wheels there would be a one star.Services:&nbsp;Polishing

9/12: Cleaning was not good. They didn't clean the trunk, wheel was partially  cleaned. I had to show them many spots those were left out. I used the $34.99 package and it was not worth the cleaning done by them.Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. Best carwash anywhere and absolutely a phenomenal deal for your money. Nobody does a better job than this location, they are the best. I know because I have to wash 4 vehicles weekly. You will not be disappointed if you go here. Matter of fact, you will go back.

They have both internal/external cleaning and external cleaning at really affordable prices. We only used the external only and were pretty happy how clean it left our car.

This one in Indian land is good. The one in waxhaw is awful. My wife took the van there, and they didn't vacuum or clean the back. She asked them to get it. 2 minutes later, they said it was done but never touched it. She asked again and the same thing. She asked to tt the manager, who was like 16, and just said, "Never mind. So i had to finish it. We are always good tippers- better than the average jerk in the Mercedes, and this was unacceptable.

A bit overpriced for the package price. Appreciated the hand tire shine but had several visits where areas were missed on the interior. One being a very obvious dust mark on my passenger side dash board and lack of vacuuming. I will pay a third of the price elsewhere and vacuuming myself.

Autobell sure isn't what it used to be. Paid $45 for a service and I had to complete it when I got home. They were supposed to clean my windows interior, and I literally watched the kid make 2 swipes across my glass and close the door. The windows looked worse when I left. No wipe down of the interior at all. The exterior  was good with exception of the rear window. I remember when it was cheaper and we got quality results...Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing
