They do a great job vacuuming and wiping the interior and exterior of your car. They provide quick services. I invested in the unlimited wash. *My mats needed a little extra love.. When they finished, the mats were amazing.
They did ok. I've been there and gotten much better service. I imagine it's hot out and they were busy, but my car was a long way from being taken care of considering the $43/month I spend on the plan plus tips. I enclosed pics of the water spots, filthy door sills, and dirt on carpet
I was given a coupon for a full service car wash to any Autobell location. The coupon included an “interior vacuum of carpets and seats.” I had just dropped off my husky at the groomers, so I thought it would be good opportunity as I had fur on my seats. Unfortunately, when they were done, there was still fur on my seats. It’s like they simply chose not to vacuum there. I didn’t know what to say.. everyone just stood around looking at me like I was an idiot. I am very disappointed.
This was my first time at an autobell and I spoke with two different associates. The first was very informative on the process and very kind. The associate who actually cleaned my car took less than 10 minutes which I found odd since I purchased the most extensive package. Long story short I had to ask him to vacuum under the rugs, clean the dash fully and get all the trash out of the car and I still ended up finishing the job myself at home. If I do return, I will be purchasing the basic package and ensuring my rugs are removed and placed on the side so that I receive the services I paid for.
I always come to this location as there are no other nearby full service car washes. But I will now drive the extra miles to go somewhere else. I sat down and waited for my car. And two luxury vehicles pulled up after mines and were serviced as my vehicle sat there untouched. Then I asked the cashier was there a manager here because I was confused as to how my vehicle got skipped. The guys who did it. Acted like they didn’t see my car sitting there. Customs service is horrible please teach your team that it doesn’t matter the vehicle, you should be serviced in the order that you came.Services: Vacuuming
Opted for the wash that cost about $30 because my car had been sitting under an oak tree 'unloved' for months while I was on vacation. Nasty and molded. Pre-spray was put on the front and driver's side. The top, back and passenger side still looked gross after the wash. I asked the man who operated the wash that it be cleaned. The 2 guys drying my car told him if it didn't come off in the wash, they wouldn't do anything with it. The man I talked with got a lot of it off with a solution and soft scrubbing sponge but he was busy running other people through the wash and couldn't get it all. He got a $20 tip for trying, the other 2 got nothing because they wouldn't even attempt it. I went home, got a spray bottle of vinegar+water and a scrubbing sponge and removed the rest of it myself. Pitiful.
They did an incredible job! Fast, thorough, and with a great attention to detail. BIG THANKS to Emily, and the entire team for doing such a great job!! Autobell is by far the best carwash in the area.
Big waste of time wasted $35 for nothing. They didn’t even vacuumed the car out all the way still found crumbs in the corner and I pre-cleaned it before I came. Would you suggest anyone going there go to the one across the street they hand wash. Employees rude for no reason.Services: Polishing
I just received the worker carwash ever. This place is not the best. Grant it I a New to the area it’s hard to know what is good and what is not. I always see cars lined up here figured it must be good. What could possible go wrong. Pass by go somewhere else. I had to ask them to do their job efficiently. When I spend $34 to get a car wash I expect exceptional detail work. Sad to say a complete waste of my money. Lesson learned won’t return. They don’t even say anything they just walk away; I’m like I’m hello does that mean your done? Water marks, streaky windows what did I just pay for ‍
This was my first time going through a self-serve exterior only car wash. I would have given it five stars because the wash itself was great, except that there was a slight miscommunication and debacle. I needed a receipt and was not offered one and was trying to flag an employee down to get one before I went in the car wash. Nobody told me I had to put the car in neutral before I went in. So it was in drive when I went into the car wash and was going a lot faster than I anticipated. When it came out of one section I saw a truck in front of me and slammed on the brakes and then the manager came and shut down the car wash. Unfortunately, one of my windshield wipers had broken so he drove down the street with me to replace it. Which was very nice and greatly appreciated. The manager, Josh, said that he had already spoken with one of the employees and would be speaking with the other one to remind them of proper protocol. I think this is especially important for those of us who have never gone through a car wash in our own vehicle before. Overall, the situation was handled with complete professionalism and I would recommend them. And now I know what I didn't know before!
