Hugo's Express Car Wash

Came to this car wash about a week ago. Got the 25 dollar wash. Personally I wouldn't come back here or recommend this place to anyone looking to get a clean car. Firstly this place was pretty busy but they only had 1/3 of the bays open. Secondly they only allowed two towels and only had maybe 5 bottles of cleaner available. I had my own cleaner luckily so I didn't need a bottle. Also they offer unlimited vacuums but they don't suck much up. I spent maybe 30 minutes there just trying to get my rugs clean with the vacuum. The compressed air and rug cleaner were good but overall I'd rather just go somewhere else or go to a self service car wash. Don't waste your time here.

Purchased monthly membership due to having to detail my vehicle several times a week because I use it for ridesharing. I chose Hugo’s because they have some shaded areas to vacuum and use their high pressure detailing gun. However, they don’t always have the shaded areas open. I’ve requested to use a shaded bay to dry my vehicle and clean the wheels their car wash doesn’t do a good job of this and I have to limit my time in the sun, but they refuse and say I have to use the bays in the sun. Not what I consider good business or customer service. I’ve even vacuumed and detailed the inside of the vehicle in a bay that was in full sun and just wanted to use a shaded bay to do the outside of the vehicle and was refused. Not like I asked them to turn on their vacuums/air in the shaded bays. I’ve promoted this business on social media in the past, but after receiving this type of treatment, I won’t be endorsing them anymore.

I have been a member since 2018. This new management is horrible. Every time you go they always have an issue with the vacuum. If are wanting to make their own rules that are not posted. Causing inconveniences to serval customers. Do not come if you want satisfaction because this location does not give you that. Want to speak to hire up management. The manger on site said there is no higher management. My past few experiences at the location have been very unpleasant. Definitely looking for new place of business.

They are the worst the equipment used is not car friendly go here if you want your car damaged. Having to pay for my car antenna due to it breaking off here multiple marks on the car. They list a disclosure to benefit themselves meaning the company.They are so rude about everything. Looking for an expense out of pocket you have found the place that will do that to your car completely.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Took my car today 5 mile drive and both wash lanes were closed for maintenance. I noticed that the vacs were working so I started to vac the interior. A young lady comes out and tells me that I can't use the vacs, that they're only available with a car wash. I politely informes her that I had driven 5 miles for naught and that if she would just let me use the vac for two minutes. She answered, no sir, you have to leave. Strictly speaking she was right but I consider it a wasted opportunity to treat a regular customer well. Consider this answer instead: "sorry for the inconvenience sir, since you drove that far feel free to use our vacs and hope that you visit is again once the machine is up and running." It's not that hard guys...

The machine damaged my windshield and they’re trying to say late at night so it’s dark that because I didn’t see the crack in the parking lot, some how my small stature broke my own windshield. To top it off the manager was extremely rude and even hung up the phone. Luckily there were other assistant managers that help me report her behavior to the district manager. Please don’t come here!!!!

Parking lot setup is the stupidest I have ever seen. You literally drive by the vacuums to get to the line to be washed then drive through the vacuums again and a third time to get out of the parking lot. Whoever designed this lot must have been on crack.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Popped up on a google search for touchless car wash. It’s not. Used it anyway. Rinse and vacuums are weak. The allegedly clean towels were damp, which may mean they’re clean but still not a great vibe. No reason not to go to Sam’s over on Dixie Forest.

Really great service. Free towels and vacuum after washing your car. They were running a great offer for a free month of washes when I signed up, so keep an eye out for their promotions.

Awesome service from attendant. Was offered towels and spray for mirrors and windows. The parking lot was clean and vacuums' suction stream was powerful. Baby look good.
