Didn't have a long line and the ppl behind the counter were pretty helpful.
They need to hire more staff; waiting time for check out/to get help was long. Staff seemed to be always occupied with something & unavailable to help most of the time. I would rather go somewhere else.
Seems that Autozone has made great improvements to it's staff training. Fast courteous service.
Associates are rude and talk to you the way they feel like it. They refused to email my receipt and lied about doing so. I called to verify my part came in and was told it did and I could come pick it up only to get there to find out my part that was supposed to be in for 2:00 is still in TN and I'm located in LA. Another part was ordered for under my name that I did not order.
Needed a new battery tonight and let me admit right here and now I know nothing about cars or replacing car parts. From the 1st contact with this place when I called frantically asking if they could help me the lady who answered was a big sweetheart and was so patient with me and I know she had a big line she was helping at the same time. So I made it to the store and there she was to help.me with my purchase. Again, so sweet to me and she knew I was stressing but made it as painless as it could be for a nice little unexpected expense! Next up is Alvin, who actually replaced the battery. He wss amazing! He even managed to make me laugh and actually explained what he was doing while he did it. Alvin is a real asset to Auto Zone! All in all, Alvin made the process easy and as enjoyable as it could possibly be. This store ROCKS!!
I wasn't sure what headlight socket replacement i needed. The gentleman at the counter walked out with me to verify it. I told him i would change the brakes then come back for them. He was very kind & polite! Thank you again for ur patience
I want over to get Windshieldwipers installe .The manager said my truck was 2 Tall but it's a standard Dodge Disel pickup. I Bough the Blades but had 2 return them , missing parts . I went over 2 AutoZone on St .Clude and They installed my Blades in 15 min.
I needed a headlight bulb. The sales associate who helped me was a pretty cool guy. He was a little reluctant at first when I asked him to help me replace a burned out headlight bulb, but as soon as a few customers left he came right out and did get it changed out for me. Just one of the many errands I had that day was accomplished, no problem...
very bad cervice on the part of a long haired skinny person. One goes to buy and there are never the parts, I went twice a day and the second time a very friendly young man attended to me and by magic if there was.
Good Location, convenient parking... I came in needing to check if I had a bad car battery. Two girls were working here and they were great, friendly, and super helpful. It had been having problems starting for a few days. I finally found the time to get a new battery from here. I purchased one several years ago that had a warranty. I know you can buy car stuff online for cheap, but I come here for the convenience of not waiting around for a small thing.
