An exceptional salesman helped me check my battery and replace it for me. He was so kind and helpful, gave me tips and advice, and taught my son a few things too! Best customer service around.

Yesterday, while trying to figure out what size my wiper blade was, I broke my glasses. I go into Auto Zone. I can't see a thing. I asked for some tape. Th guy at the counter helped me tape them back together. The next guy at the counter could tell I was having trouble looking up my wiper size. He said he would look it up for me. So finally I can half see with my taped glasses, I pick out my wiper, as I was paying for it. The guy at the counter offered to help me replace the wiper. I was really glad  because my truck is pretty tall. Even with step ladder it's hard to reach. He slipped the wiper on without any trouble. As I left I told him, " I knew I picked the right place!" Auto Zone does a lot more than sell parts. They care about their customers.

Chuck C at Meadville AutoZone did a great job upgrading my Toyota headlamp bulbs. In short time, got to know him, he is a great ambassador for the store and company! I'll be back!

I came in for an exhaust bracket. Justin was a bit of a piece of work; But CHUCK was very patient and dilligent to get me the help I needed.  He was also calm and respectful toward one who was a bit condescending.  Thank you Chuck!!   BTW the 5 stars are for Chuck alone.

The sales manager, Justin, went above an beyond with replacing my battery tonight. There were a lot of rusty bolts around my battery, but he replaced my battery with a smile on his face the entire time.

We were 6 hours away from home and Gary was awesome!! He totally helped us on our way safely. Thank you so much. You made our day.

My car battery went bad and I always go to AutoZone for my needs. I talked to Paul and he made sure I was taken care of. He installed a new battery after performing diagnostics on my car to make sure it was the problem. He was very nice and assisted me with other needs. I would always recommend Auto Zone to everyone. GREAT guys and very helpful.

Went to Meadville Autozone to have my battery checked.  They determined I need a new one Kyle was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Changed it immediately with no wait time. Definitely would return.

I was given one pad shy of a full set of brakes, and they didn''t have another set in stock, so the manager Paul, sent someone to the garage, with the upgraded brakes for the same price,but did it happily and without question.  Some people are meant for customer service and Paul was one for sure. Very happy to be back on the road.
