Autumn Ridge Family Medicine is located at the intersection of N. 27th Street and Kensington, inside Autumn Ridge Medical Center. Our experienced physicians and staff would be honored to care for your family's medical needs! Autumn Ridge Family Medicine provides comprehensive health care services for the whole family, including well-woman and well-man care, immunizations, physicals, preventative medicine and on-site laboratory and radiology. Two of our physicians, Dr. Todd Johnson and Dr. Sarah Vander Pol, are trained in osteopathic manipulative treatment, a method of care that eases pain, promotes healing and increases overall mobility.
