Aerial Fitness Classes for Adults and Kids

Students will learn the basic fundamentals of Aerial Arts. After just a few classes, students will use the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral their bodies into and out of various positions. They will experience greater upper body and core strength, while increasing flexibility and stamina.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to register and sign in. We suggest wearing tight fitting pants or leggings (cotton is recommended) and a full length shirt covering your torso for class. (leotards and unitards are a great choice too).
Please no lotion on hands or legs prior to class.
