The pilot course currently need 10 females 35+ to participate for only $150
A three month workshop in which participants will meet every two weeks for approximately 2 hours (most likely on a Saturday). It will include a detailed three month wellness and training program to decrease fat, increase muscle definition, drop two pant sizes and get you the body you deserve with little to no cardiovascular exercises in as few as 2 -3 sessions per week. Outside work outs are to be conducted on your own however participants will partner with each other for accountability and questions via facebook.
