Over the last 12 years I have had Avatar handle my loved ones cremations which has been 3 times. In the worst moments of my life the Ladies at Avatar have been wonderful. They are compassionate kind and respectful. I would highly recommend this office in North Palm Beach to anyone choosing these services for themselves or their loved ones.

They made a sad time sadder. When my wife's remains were ready, they never called. I had to call to find out. When I picked up the remains they were in a box, no urn. I was told the urn I selected was back ordered. When I asked why didn't someone call me to let me know, no answer. Also I had ordered two smaller urns for my kids., they were nowhere in sight. How does someone like this stay in business.? Absolutely no controls in a business where it is critical. If I could give them a zero star I would.

Beware . They do not give you any information on what you need until after they pick up your loved one. They they are so cold non caring. Then when they send the forms to your family they can not even read .it No place on it to have a notary sign it. Then they charge me 150.00 dollars .for picking up my mom. Had to call another crematory to pick up my mother . They are very unprofessional and very inconsiderate of peoples feelings or what they are going through loosing a loved one

Just saw the story on Channel 5 news about the lady looking fir her father's ashes. Very sad. And the woman who pushed the reporter out if the office? Probably not the best response to show your "caring and compassion". Hopefully the ashes are in fact this man.

Looked at 2 other businesses before I chose Avatar Cremation. Extremely professional but also sympathetic for our loss. I felt like a number at the other places, Avatar felt more like family, would highly recommend!
