Aycock funeral service staff were excellent. They helped me in the difficult process for my mother's viewing and cremation. Everything was done how I wanted it To be. The staff are very Profesional and the place is beautiful. I highly recommend them to anyone in their time of need for services for their loved one.

Belinda from Aycock met us at Hospice in Jupiter to go over cremation arrangements and costs for my dying father-in-law. She was one of the most rude, overbearing, and condescending persons we have ever met. We were stunned at her use of high pressure up sale tactics during such a devastating time. If the Aycock franchise has an ounce of concern for customer service she should be fired immediately. Thanks to John at Edgley Cremation Services we were provided a beautiful and caring cremation experience for our most beloved family member.

Brilliant, compassionate staff.  Our funeral director, Zoe, and her team went above and beyond to make my entire family feel welcomed and understood during our arrangement conference. Zoe asked questions we would’ve never thought of to include in the celebration otherwise. We are so grateful to the team bringing us water and coffee who made a sad day brighter. This is an Amazing team of people, I hope their leaders  recognize their hard work.

Our family has been long-time clients of Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center.  When my parents passed within 5 weeks of one another this year we were happy to know they had pre-planned their final wishes through Aycock. The staff could not have been better to my Mom Dad passed first and I.  Mom was so upset after 70+ years together and everyone treated her with kindness and respect.  We had a private viewing for my Mom and it was perfect.  Mom passed 5 weeks later and I felt like I was family.  Everyone remembered me and treated me with such compassion.  Everything was handled promptly and professionally.  We have both urns in our home now until we put Mom & Dad's final plan in place.  My husband and I decided to work with Aycock/Dignity to pre-plan our final arrangements.  Once again, beautifully handled.  Options offered and our wishes respected.  Highly recommend.  Thankful to all we interacted with.

Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center staff took complete consideration and compassion of my emotional state with the passing of my husband.  What a blessing to have the Aycock staff walk me through this difficult time. They left no question unanswered and  reassured me that mine and my husbands final request would be their first priority. Their efficiency  and attention to details allowed our family to have peace knowing the my husands remains were handled with respect and dignity.

My experience with Aycock-Riverside was so much more than business.  Everyone was so compassionate and professional.  Beth was a amazing and helped me along the way step by step after the passing off my wife.  I actually misunderstood how many people would show up to my wife’s celebration of life and Aycock folks did everything they could to bring in additional seating.  The arrangements were beautiful and much more than I would have expected.  Thank you Aycock-Riverside for a pleasant experience.  Dusty Stillman

Would not recommend Aycock Riverside.  Incomplete arrangements and let family fend for themselves to complete everything.  Not a good experience.
