This was by far the most seamless and enjoyable car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Our salesman Kevin Chery was awesome. He was able to get mostly everything taken care of before our arrival. All we had to do was sign a few documents, switch my tag and we were on our way. We spent less than an hour at the dealership before driving off with my new RAM. I highly recommend Kevin and Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.
Review on my experience with Aventura CJDR, It's long but worth the read if considering this dealer for a vehicle. Purchased a 22 Ram 1500 last month, July 2023. The customer service I received after the purchase was laughable. It was so bad, more like non-existent. Once you walk out the door, I would describe it as being on your own. I financed through them, bought the extended warranty, and more. 7 miles after driving off the lot, the truck had air suspension issues. 2335 miles on odometer. Heading home on 95, I got a warning light for the air suspension that quickly went away. Picked up some family to show them the truck and head to dinner. Two blocks away from the house, the suspension started leaning and was super bouncy, gave me service air suspension immediately and payload warnings. I drove the truck back and parked it, scared to drive it any further. Some first ride experience for everyone. Called the dealer that evening and was told I would get a call in the morning. My salesman Alejandro told me he spoke to previous owner and the trucks aftermarket wheels and tires were the problem. The wheels are the same size 22in as factory, the tires are 33in Nitto recon grapplers. Another Ram dealer Massey Yardley told me they were not far out spec and were not the problem. My truck was supposed to have a 125-point inspection. It was certified. On my ram app,it says Aventura CJDR installed the aftermarket wheels and tires with 10 miles on the vehicle. So I'm left with a truck that has no off-road1 or 2 settings for the air suspension. I believe it has a front level kit or adjustable links. It sits up higher than other 1500s. None of this info was given to me, and I guess a 125-point inspection doesn't look at suspension now a days. They make sure to add that dealer fee though, to cover all the great things and checks they do before you get your vehicle! I never got another call back after that. No check-up from salesperson or a manager. Left numerous voicemails to the service department but could never get someone on the phone to help me. At this point, I decided I wanted to cancel all the extras I purchased from them. I don't want them to make another dollar off me with the awful customer service and problems I had to deal with right away. Enter my finance manager Mr. Katz This guy was a nightmare to work with trying to cancel my warranty. I figured he just blocked me once I asked about canceling. It took me 15 days to get my extended warranty contract. I had to visit a sister store and talk to a finance manager. He told me what I have to do to cancel, that I should of left Aventura with the contract in hand. Said it was shady I had not got it yet. I asked Mr. Katz for this contract numerous times and was ignored. Over 16 emails and numerous texts. He finally sent it after I emailed the finance director Paul. My temp tag expired, I had to contact them about my plate. They don't call you ever after you buy. You would think this is something that is handled. Not here, I was told I could come get my plate. Mr. Katz said it was at the dealership. So I went over after work, a 35 min drive for me. I arrive and the manager can't find it anywhere. For some reason, my salesman has taken my plate home with him. Kind of odd, don't you think? Alejandro calls me and asks me if I want to swing by his house at 830 at night to pick up my plate. Like I said, my entire experience was so bad that you just have to laugh it off to avoid being ticked off daily. Trying to cancel the lowjack as well. They never installed it, and I don't want it. I asked if all the extras were cancelable and was told yes in their recorded finance room. Started a dispute with my C.C. that I used for some of the payment. Was told I signed a paper with my salesman that lowjack wasn't cancelable. I never got a copy of these signed papers, and I have asked many times. Stay away is my advice. This place could care less after the sale. Don't buy any extras. You have to jump through hoops if you want to cancel. Just tell them NO! Good Luck if you shop here.

Today I visited service , for the first time and I won’t come back again . The service staff was not friendly …. The bilingual guy very rude no patient to explain thing He told me if I want to check my car I would have to leave the car at the workshop for one week. because they are a week behind w work tons of cars outside …. We all know buying a car can be stressful but my sales rep Theresa was absolutely amazing to work with and took all that stress away from me when purchasing a vehicle. She was kind, she was sweet. She took time and listened to me. She answered every question I had. She showed me her inventory of cars that I was interested in my price range and went over every detail about the cars she showed. I could tell she really cares for her customers and loves what she does. The whole process went really smooth. I am so happy she was my sales rep. I would definitely purchase more cars with her in the future. And I highly recommend her if you are currently on the market for a vehicle. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. I am writing regarding an incident my husband and I had with this dealership on July 21st. My husband has a brand new 2024 Dodge Charger and we had an issue getting it out of Valet mode. I found this dealership and we drove there from Port of Miami. I am not sure of the man's name but he was the service manager. First, he told us we couldn't be seen for 10 days even after we explained that we were from Maryland and were trying to get home. We explained that we believe that we just needed to have the battery pulled to reset everything. This man insisted that they could not do it. A young man who was behind the counter asked if he gave us a tool could my husband pull it himself. The manager then said "We don't have tools." We are standing at a service department! A woman working behind the counter Shannon was her name asked the manager if they could pull someone from express and asked them to do it? If it worked, great, if not - no harm, no foul. The manager was visibly angry at this but after a couple of minutes agreed. My husband went out with the manager and I stayed to thank Shannon and the young man that was working there. Not 5 minutes later, the battery had been pulled and put back in and we were set to go. Shannon, the young man and the mechanic that pulled the battery were all amazing and I believe that without Shannon, we would not have been helped. The manager was terrible to us. We had our 2 kids with us and were so far from home. This man did not want to provide even the tiniest bit of help. The ONE star is truly just for the manager. The other 3 worker would get SIX stars from me and not just because they helped us - but they at least showed us compassion.
It is very rare for some people to have a positive experience at a dealership, but for the first time in years. We finally received some of the best customer service over at this location! We drove over an hour and 20 min away to the Aventura Dodge and were greeted by Roman. Genuinely one of the nicest sales agent we have ever come across. He paid attention to detail and was able to find my husband the exact truck he was looking for. Roman was very knowledgeable and would always make me feel comfortable with the deal that was being offered/made. It’s something I truly cherish as I was completely dismissed at an other dealership. There was no pressure given, and his true undivided attention was given to ensure we left happy. And we did! I will definitely drive out here again when it’s time to purchase an other vehicle and hope Roman is still there to help us. He forever has gained our trust and business.
