The employees here treat people like you getting everything for FREE, listen Best Buy provided your employees with better customer services I was there yesterday needed some help with air fryer and other stuff nobody wants to help you everyone is busy and is always the same. Trying to buy something from Apple good luck you have to go to the front get a ticket and wait for someone whenever they want to help you .. you have this girl with nasty attitude at the front door providing the tickets come in step up I don’t go in asking for free stuff be more efficient with customers don’t be so rude and nasty like you never want to help. Horrible store and trying to pay another nightmare having only 1 cashier with a huge line of people fired the manager and the all staff here.
Oscar was AWESOME!!! Very knowledgeable about his products and services available. Quick and efficient, we were in and out under a half hour. Don't believe the hype about this location, we've had pleasant experiences with each purchase small and big!

I’ve been shopping in this location for a long time, rarely do I return something. Came to return something I wasn’t aware there is a 14 days policy. Asked a manager to make an exception since it was unused and I haven’t been able to make it to the store. The sales person/cashier at the returns desk looked like she hated her job with the way she was talking to me. I asked her kindly to ask the manager she comes back with my manager said the same thing. So I asked if the manager can come here so I can speak to her. I don’t understand you are a manager of the store for a reason and not to sit in the back and not assist when a customer is clearly asking for an assistance. She comes back without even listening to what I have to say tells me the same thing just to say it and go back to her so called busy life at the store. I’ve already have been frustrated with the service I get here. Anytime you come everyone is busy. Maybe Best Buy corporate should consider hiring more people. Because customers do not come to the store to ask for Free things. Forget if you god forbid need to buy something at the Apple Desk there is a line for a whole two hours. No trained professional what so ever and I’m going to stop shopping at Best Buy over all!
I order delivery for my tv. That’s how it come. Now I need rent a huge car and pay someone for help. By the end I’ll pay almost double price for this tv. Thank you, best buy for “amazing” surprise.
I've visited the store to buy appliances for a rental. Once again Craig at the appkiances section, provided me with professional and detailed advise guiding me and showing my options with their pros and cons. He recommended some deals as well. He is always so patient and knowledgeable that makes my visits to the store really worthy. He always saves me time and money! That's why I always choose best buy. Great customer service. They also have price matching so I always get the best price in the market with great professional advise! I recommend best buy Aventura and I highly recommend Craig at the appliances section.
I don't go to Best Buy much these days, but I had an outstanding experience in the camera department recently. I just got a new camera, my first in over 10 years, and I needed a converter for my old lenses. The guy in the camera department was such a rockstar. He knew they had one, just wasn't sure where it was. He looked in about six different spots, didn't give up, and finally found it! I was so impressed with him and his excellent customer support, I ended up also buying a new lens. You guys have an excellent employee here, Best Buy!
Went to Best Buy for a phone cord. They had a bunch in stock. I was in and out quick. :
Best Buy lied to me over the phone. I asked for a specific memory reader. The person on the phone said the Aventura Best Buy had what I needed. So I drove 25miles to the Aventura Best Buy and when entered I asked around for the specific memory reader, they did not have nor do they ever have such an item. I asked if Best Buy would pay for the gas I used to get there and back. They laughed!!
Made an appointment for 2pm at the geek squad station. Arrived at my appointment time to have to stand in line and wait to be approached by a service member who checked me in and told me I was late and had to wait in which I wasn’t and then when they started to call people the called the guy behind me whose appointment was after mines. Then I asked to speak with a manager which a gentleman approaches me with no name tag on and proceeds to tell me again I have to wait until he address others in the line. I then ask for a store manager which John comes over and I explain the situation to him and he goes and gets the same person who told me to wait while he assist others in line. I have never had such rude customer service at this location as long as I have been coming here and no respect for a persons time despite having an appointment and being at my appointment on time.
