Avis Car Rental

Rented a car of Thursday the staff was nice. I rented the car to go pick up my daughter and granddaughter in California. I got half way through arizona and 6 hrs from my destination the check engine light came on and others lights said everything was malfunctioning. Called customer service since it was 5 in the morning the gentleman on the phone told me to drive it to the closest place to exchange the car which was in bullhead city 50 miles away and I had to wait 2 hourss for the location to open. To get a car with another check engine light on to have to exchange that car. After getting delayed it put me behind the schedule to return car by 930 am Saturday. I got the run around by customer service for almost 2 days. To finally get a call back from a supervisor friday night who said he would extend my drop off time to 12 noon. I got almost to grapevine to see that i was being charged more money ,because the change was not in the system. The extra time wasted because of the employees at two different locations who couldn't make sure the cars were running correctly is ridiculous. This will be the first and last time I will use avis/budget rental cars

I rented a minivan from this location. I chose this branch because it was a lot cheaper than the airport for 1 week. The experience of pick up and drop off was very good. The staff at both times were very friendly. The lady during the pick up was prompt and quickly processed my documents. The car was exactly the one I wanted and clean. The Car itself had a minor issues at one point, the trunk door was not closing for some reason, but we managed to get it to work. Car ran smoothly for the whole trip and overall was an enjoyable experience renting from here.

We have The best Avis-Budget Employee ever seen here. His name is Jordan, 100%customer satisfaction, I haven’t seen any friendly employee in this company throughout the United States till date. Thanks for your information and the service.

Clearly told the lady that I will be returning the car with a full tank and declined all add-on coverages and services. Yet got charged a fuel service fee that I am now trying to get refunded. The car was unwashed and dirty but was going to look past that given it was Christmas Eve and they were probably short staffed. Avis has been pretty inconsistent the last few times I have rented.

Great service. We were in and out of there in minutes. A good option if you want to avoid the hassles at the DFW car rental Center.

This was my first time renting with Avis/Budget Rental in Grapevine, Texas. The customer service by all team members was fantastic! The pick up and drop off was seamless. I will definitely use this location again for future rentals.

The gentleman working here now is so friendly and helpful, this is my new favorite location as long as they keep staff like this on board! I wish I knew his name but he was younger and seemed to love his job and it shows. I’d like to add that I rent cars monthly from Avis for business and pleasure and I always get great cars from here. Arrived DFW/Dallas & headed for this location. From arrival to pickup, I was helped thoroughly - paperwork ready to go & A/C blasting cold.. I even got upgraded to a higher class- a fuel efficient Toyota Tacoma pickup truck texas style.. Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you again
