Avis Car Rental

The pick up for this rental went smoothly. The manager was friendly and helpful. I called a few times before picking up the car to confirm the reservation and make changes. This agency was polite and did not rush through the call. When we arrived to pickup the car, the car was ready and clean. The return took a little longer, there was someone covering for the manager. Although I was the only person physically at the location, I was told I would need to wait until the four other cars before me were processed. I was assured my receipt would be emailed if I didn’t wait. I decided to wait for the final receipt. Another customers came in about 15 minutes after my drop off. The customer was a long standing customer and commented on how good Dominic and his sister are. I must agree both Dominic and his sister were great. Shortly after the customer arrived I received my receipt from the worker covering for the manager. I would have given this a lower rating, but the excellent service I received at the beginning of the rental and the great reviews from the customer that came into the Avis Agency while I was there made me stick with my first impression.

I was able to switch my reservation when I walked in from Bridgewater no problem. The car wasn't ready yet but the owner and his sister quickly cleaned the car to be IMMACULATE. Very very good customer service and cleanliness

Rented several times here. In 2019, rented a ford taurus car had smoke in it, body damage to car. Had to pay more for a ford expedition. Years ago 2015 this place was great to rent cars from. Management has changed quite a bit over the past few years. Prices are decent too but quality of service has went down hill over the past several years. Would I rent here again. Currently no but possible in the future yes.

I've rented cars several times with Dominick over the last several years. Each time was a good experience. I definitely will be back the next time I need a rental.

My boyfriend and I needed an car for our upcoming vacation tomorrow, and we had an terrible experience with another car rental company. We needed another car and we were in an pickle due to the prior car rental company not having an vehicle. We called up this location to see if they had an car we needed and they had one left. The owner who we dealt with was absolutely the best. She provided great customer service to us on the phone, and when getting there again nothing but an great experience. We were very lucky to have found someone to rent an car with that has outstanding customer service, knowledgeable and friendly! We were almost close to having no car for our trip which would of been very terrible! This Avis location in Westfield is absolutely amazing! This out of two places are the only places I would rent from as the service here is great! Highly recommend here.

I am really happy with the Service at Avis Westfield. Tamecka is one the best in the business. Car was ready and pickup was smooth. Had pleasant return exp too. Would return to this place with my future rental needs.

So I had a reservation for 11am I arrived on time since I have to pick my kids up soon . The person in charge here tamecka Dixon is not here but have a sign on door with number to call and no one picked up it’s now 12pm and still nothing. Other avis workers spoke with her and was told she’ll be here in 10 minutes. The snow isn’t the problem because it wasn’t heavy snow yet and Piscataway doesn’t take an hour. I will NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AND I HOPE NO ONE WILL EITHER . So I have to take another lift to a different location . What a waste of time smh
