I booked a rental with avis and I am so happy I did. This location is awesome   .  My son loved this car and I did also. Thank you for a great rental experience.

Had the very large size SUV reserved at Avis in Framingham, MA four months in advance.  The day before the rental they called to tell me they didn't have the type of vehicle I needed and couldn't find one anywhere.  I won't ever use that location again.  So, less than 24 hours before I needed the rental I checked with Avis at the Manchester Airport and they had not 1 but 2 of that size vehicle and I would pick it up the next day at noon.  Great experience at the rental counter and upon returning the vehicle.  No surprises, which is always great!

Avis has always been very consistent and helpful with rentals. I recently rented from another agency which turned out to be a nightmare. I will stick with Avis. They are always friendly with great cars, unlike the other company. And there are no hidden fees or pressure for you to buy other services.

The car was fine and the process for pickup and dropoff was easy. However, my plans changed due to weather and we changed our drop off location and time and then was about 1.5 hrs late when returning the car and was charged over 800$ extra for the changes. The prices are different at different airports and it causes extra charges when plans have to change due to circumstances beyond your control.

Worst experience I have had in a rental car. Tires dangerously worn. This caused us to drive care at lower speed. GPS paid for, but was not connected. SirusSM paid for, but not connected. Broken air vent. Rear access of SUV did not operate. Had to manually lift. Pick up agents not helpful. Unbelievable that Avis or any other car rental company would rent this car to anyone.

Was quick and easy to pick up car, not a long line at the counter.  When dropping off car at MHT, the employee at the garage,  couldn't give me a receipt for bringing the car back,  I had to go inside to the counter to get a receipt.  Luckily,  there was no line inside and the counter clerk was able to give me the receipt quickly. They also emailed me a receipt for bringing the car back.

The counter at Manchester airport was wonderful. Couldn’t ask for a more efficient person. Was a bit disappointing when I dropped off the car because I left an item in the car and I realized at the security. I ran back and they could not find the car. It took them some time to locate it and then they couldn’t find my item. Finally I asked to see the car and I found my item right away. It was disappointing. But overall I like the car and I like the initial service.

I booked my rental through a third party. Was super surprised and disappointed to see that I was then later charged a second time directly by Avis. So my $600 rental has turned into a $1,200 rental. Avis is dragging their feet on refunding my money. This should be an automatic, but instead they want me to jump through hoops even though they have acknowledged the double charge. Absolutely ridiculous!

2nd straight rental from Avis that has been...just a horrible experience.  NO attention to quality or customer service.  1st car radio didn't work...at all...no FM, connecting phone...nothing.  2nd car smelled like someone was smoking and not cigarettes for weeks in the car.  Nice attention to detail and quality Avis...well done. When I dropped off the car there was no one to be found this was 11 am ... not a late drop  and when I did, was told to go to the desk...when got to the desk...yup...you guessed it...was told to go to the garage.  I spend too much time traveling to waste it on a company that has no clue about customer service.

We just finished our 3rd prepaid Avis Car rental this year.  Each time we have saved money, had smooth pick up and drop off, and feedback that everything was on schedule.
