Avis Car Rental

Update 8/31/22- As you can see in the response from management, I was told to contact someone via email with the information they asked for. I sent them the email on the same day of 8/24/22. As of today 8/31/22, no one has contacted me about anything. I don't know why these businesses put these fake replies on the reviews like they're really concerned only to not actually do anything to solve the problem. I'm glad we're able to go back and edit our review to reflect any updates. As I stated in the review, I'll never use Avis again and now I want people to see how they showed fake concern. I made a reservation a week ago. I received a confirmation email the same day. I received numerous reminders via email each day leading up to yesterday. I even filled out the check in to save time at pick up that was emailed to me. I get to my assigned time this morning and was told they don't have anymore cars. The guy first tried to say it was because I made the reservation yesterday. I informed him and showed him that I made it a week ago and showed the confirmation emails and reminders. He then says the airport is suppose to provide cars but they didn't receive them but he could TRY to get me a car this afternoon. I had somewhere to be this morning thus the reason for the time slot that I picked. I told the guy that doesn't help me and I now will have to scramble to hopefully get a rental from a different company. This totally unacceptable especially considering I reserved the car a week in advance and even received a reminder this morning via email. This totally inconvenienced me. This was my first time using Avis and it will be the last. No need for anyone to try to give an apology in response to my review because that's not going to cut it.

The manager and employees are this car rental place are very friendly and nice. I recommend this place if you want to get a rental!

Poor service manager judges customers and is rude and sarcastic. Runs credit checks on your card then tells you it was declined and they can’t rent even with thousands in the bank waist of time . Went to enterprise instead and easily rented a car in 5 min with perfect service. Will never go to this company or location again car offered was dirty was told it was no time to clean anyway

Nahman could teach a class on how to run a business. Renting a car isn't always a smooth experience, but he went out of his way to make it as easy as possible. He even remembered us from 5 years ago! Hands down, best customer service ever, and this is the only place I'm renting a car from now on!

Hands down the best service and rental cars in the area. Friendly and Efficient service... what else can you ask for. I'd recommend Avis and their Ellicott City facility to anyone who needs a rental car. No need to deal with the hassles of renting at an airport when you can do it locally.

our family has used avis and Nahman for many years. We alwaysuse a rental care for our vacations instead of putting the miles on our own personal car. Nahman is like family to us. He has been great. Always friendly and always smiling. asks us about our kids and our vacations. We love him. thank you Avis for such a great employee. I cant say enough good things about this man!

I consistently have positive experiences at the ENCHANTED FOREST Avis-Budget group. The agent "Nahman" always has a friendly smile--is courteous and polite.. He practices fair prices and there are never hidden fees. I will continue to give them my business. Well done!

I've rented from this location 10+ times Nahman is always a delight to work with. A convenient location with great service that I will continue to rent from.

I have rented a car twice from this company and they have been great. Car was nice and the whole process was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful! Would definitely recommend Avis to others.
