I had to come here and leave a review because my experience with the Columbia location was horrible after my accident and this location was MARVELOUS in taking care of me during this difficult time. After three switch-outs at the prior location, this location further assisted me for the remainder of my rental period with a free upgrade and I had no issues. Customer service was excellent. I will be back to this location in future hopefully for good reasons and not an accident. Thank you!
Patrick and his team went above and beyond when we needed to switch out rentals. He was very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Made a reservation. Got a confirmation email. Was called an hour before and told no cars available. Left me stranded. Lots of excuses. Terrible business practice.
I rented various cars here several times over the last couple months due to my car being in the shop. Not only were the cars in great condition, but the service here is just top notch. David and his team get you in and out quickly, and make sure all your questions are answered. The car rental experience doesn’t get better than this.

I needed my car to be repaired. my insurance booked with them after having a horrible experience at another enterprise. But the staff at this location was great. The young lady was very polite and helpful, over the phone and in person. She came and dropped the car off at the repair shop. I felt confident with the information given. Very good service. Highly recommend this location.
David Green was absolutely awesome. He and Michael helped me with a rental truck. They had me in a truck less than 30 minutes after calling them at 7:30 in the morning. They were flexible with me and worked with my insurance company while I was working at finding my next vehicle. I usually just get my car and go, but after such great customer service after my last rental fiasco. I had to give a review. David is exceptional at what he does and is committed to the Enterprise company. You can tell that he truly loves his work. I had a great conversation with him while he got my car both checked out when I arrived and checked me back in at my return. Don't hesitate to rent from this Enterprise, you will not be disappointed.
The associate Patrick was wonderful in helping me with my rental experience. The team was very helpful and responsive as soon as I walked in and had my paperwork together. Thank you all.
