The worst experience ever in that location, we booked the car and got a confirmation email with the location pick up. Found out that there were no cars available. They had only one employee in the location and the rest had to go to the airport to see if they can pick up more cars. There wasn’t a manager there to talk to. They didn’t notify us at all not with phone or email. Had to wait 15 min just for them to say there aren’t any cars nor sign saying no cars available. We were left in a very inconvenient situation and left scrambling to find another rental and transportation! Not recommended.

Thanks to one associate here in particular who made my experience great... This was my first time flying into Paine Field in Everett. I had no idea that the Avis closed at 8 and since my flight was delayed 2 hours, I arrived just before 10pm. Upon arriving at the airport I went to the information desk and asked where the Avis was, I was told it was off site and that they may be closed - that customers usually have to call them and let them know about a delay so that they can hold a shuttle if necessary. Well, I didn't do that because I didn't know that. The information rep then said, walk out to the parking lot and maybe you'll get lucky and the shuttle will be there. I walked outside very nervous about it not being there and having to figure out alternate plans for ground travel. To my surprise, I was extremely excited to see the shuttle there. The associate was so amazing, she let me know she saw my flight was delayed and decided to wait for me, just me! So nice of her. I didn't get her name but the sole associate working on the evening of June 27 who waited for me way past closing time and then rented me my car deserves some recognition! She made my day, could've been an awful experience but she made it a good one! Thank you!

They added LDW without even telling me. I clearly unchecked that option when I was making the rental reservation. However, the LDW still got added to my rental. Also they were not patient when we ask any questions. The car is also not that good.

Both of the people who helped us were very nice and welcoming. They gave us a new car with low miles for our trip to Disneyland. The car ran great and was very comfortable and clean. Easy pick up and drop off as we reserved online. Thanks you guys! It was a great trip.

One of the worst rental experience I have ever had. The rental car provided ran out of battery right after parking at home. Avis services was just below par and the rental office did not even respond stating that their job is only to pass on the rental cars from one customer to another. The replacement car had problem with braking and when requested to get it inspected, the rental agency folks told us that they don’t have any personnel/ mechanics . Had to take thta car as that is the only option available. Overall the experience was very bad and I will Strongly  discourage any one going with the rental agency located in everett WA.

Incompetent people here. I ordered a full size sedan. They gave me a two door when there are four doors on the lot. They said fuel is full but it’s only 1/4 left. I told them it’s not full. They assured me oh it’s fixed on the computer. I brought back the car with more than 1/4 fuel. Fuel charges still added to the bill. It’s like they don’t understand what they are doing at all.

Great customer service. Staff was quick and attentive, they didn’t have the car I initially booked however upgraded me for free. Shuttle service from Paine was simple and timely

Our rental experience with this Avis location was great.  The customer service was excellent!  The shuttle service to the airport delivered us right to the main door. We will definitely rent from them again.

Great experience! I wish renting a car could be this easy & pleasant everywhere! Leslie was our shuttle driver AND receptionist and couldn’t have been more helpful.
