With a lot of people being short staffed, customer service in my opinion, is quite bad in some places. So just wanted to take a sec and say thank you to the staff here for such wonderful care! Both people who assisted me with the car rental were very helpful and friendly! They are even kind on the phones Keep up the good work!!
Agents were top notch and professional!! Would've given a 5 star but the car was dusty on the inside and not overall the cleanest one that I'm accustomed to when I rent from Enterprise. And though not a big deal, only had a 1/4 tank of gas in it.
If you can find this place and a parking spot, you will be in good hands. The car had over 51,000 miles on it, but had new tires too. We had it for almost a month and it worked perfectly. It didn't even have a funky smell or anything.
Great customer service! Limited vehicle offerings is my only gripe, but these guys will take. Are of you the best they can.
The cars are all kinda trashed but I understand that is out of their hands. The few employees I have worked all have been fantastic and offered some the best customer service I have received in a long time Updated, on my way to return the car the windshield cracked from a rock chip it was not noted and now it’s my bill. Whoever I worked this time seemed like he just didn’t want to hear it.
I reserved for an Intermediate car on a corporate account and they gave me a super dirty, completely uncleaned on the inside, economy car instead and played it off like it was what I originally reserved. I had to wait 30 mins after showing up on time. I called customer service and their contact center to file a complaint for both these issues and they said they would have a representative call me back the week after. Never happened. Lousy service and incompetent representatives at the customer service center. I wouldn't ever rent with Enterprise again.
I don’t normally take the time to post positive reviews but the service here is fantastic. Winston is great, he got me a larger vehicle upgrade at no charge through insurance and even accommodated in what I would say was probably an inappropriate requests in regards to compensation upon returning the vehicle. Place is great, would definitely recommend. To corporate: I think they should get the inventory they want. Pretty confident Winston will make all the deals happen!
Had a great experience at this branch! Blair the branch manager is very knowledgeable on Enterprise procedures and makes it easy and enjoyable to rent from here. I’ve had good and bad experiences renting from Enterprise but she made it a good one!

I just called Enterprise rent-a-car Millcreek. The male staff I spoke to seemed very uncertain of what to do. He was not friendly and showed no customer service assistance to a potential new customer. Could not find my booking and referred me to another branch. I would not recommend booking a vehicle at Enterprise Millcreek branch customer service sucks. Good luck Enterprise Millcreek. You won’t be getting my support in future.
