I went to this location in a bind after Enterprise put me in a bad spot on a reservation. Now Needing a luxury sized SUV last minute for a trip my family and I were leaving to that night, Umar from this Avis location did everything in his power to help me get a the car I needed and quickly. The staff was professional and courteous, the car was amazing, and Umar was an all star. I will be coming here for rentals going forward. I can’t thank them enough. If it wasn’t for them I would have had to cancel my plans and our vacation would have been Ruined. Awesome service!

I Rent the car at this location. I pickup the car at 11:54am and returned at 2:30pm at the same date and location. and charge me for full day charge. I Returned because the car don’t have an E-Zpass. The Car smell smoke cigarettes. And the passenger front chair cannot recline the backseat, Car is so dirty. I, returned because couldn’t use! Because the car not working properly. For less than 3hours I was charged for full day of service.
I will never go to this AVIS car rental company againThis car rental experience was terrible. At the beginning, I ordered $34.99 for one day and $88.87 for two days. When they went to the office to go through the formalities, they told me that the Internet was not allowed. After the singles were issued, the total charge was $193. When I got the car, the front and rear seats were covered with dirt, and the floor mats were dirty. The dashboard on the car showed that the oil needed to be changed. I ran to the staff and said that it was OK.
Avis is something where I can trust anytime, I visited this new facility and very impressed with the options available and staff friendly service
If I could put 0 stars, I would. When I picked up the car, it was pouring raining which I couldn’t assess the vehicle in the rain. It rained for a few days. One day I noticed a chip in the windshield which reminded me that I never got a chance to inspect the vehicle upon pick up. I noted two chips in the windshield and scrapes along the quarter panel. When I dropped the car off two days ago, I mentioned the damage and they made it seem as though I did it. Because of their “stellar inspection process” there’s no way they missed it. Well, I would have believed that if the second car they tried to give me didn’t have a cracked windshield too. So when I pointed that out, he was stunned. So I said, “If you were about to give me a second car with a cracked windshield, clearly your inspection process isn’t flawless”. How can you charge me for damage on a vehicle That I did not cause AND you were about to give me another car with the SAME damage. Idk if they’re running a scam or not, but I will not be renting from here ever again. Worst experience.

I reserve a car, arrived to Pick up, they gave the car to someone else, I am like what? the guy was unprofessional, he said he would give me another car but will cost me more, I enter in the car and I was nasty, dirty, I went inside to call the guy to come see it, and asked him to have wash he said no and told me to wash myself and show the receipt to Avis drop off location, I had to wash the car was very dirty brought the receipt while I dropped off he said they would not do that! Don’t rent anything in Avis Hackensack NJ they are not good!
