We rented a minivan for 2 days. They withdrew $769 from my account the first day. I called them to ask why. They said I returned the van already without gas in a city we didn't even go near and I STILL HAD THE VAN WITH ME! They said sorry someone screwed up and checked in the wrong minivan at the wrong location. I said ok just give me back my money you took. They said the money will be back in my account in a day or two...that was almost a week ago! We have called their corporate office and they returned with an email saying we was charged with a "pick up hold" of $377 and a "drop off hold" of $392...we have rented several cars before and never heard of a "drop off hold". Our rental was returned on time, clean and full tank....we got a receipt that says our final rental cost was $120 but we still haven't received the rest of our money.....$649 We will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone

This location has always disappointed me. Dirty cars. One time I got a van with cigarette smell and they didn't have another van. Last time I booked a luxury car, expecting a comfortable sedan. They gave me a very basic medium size SUV. I go there since it's the closest. Next time I'm going to try Enterprise.

Great staff, Jimmy and Kwame are very pleasant to deal with. Always greet me with a smile, cars are always ready to go, I am usually in and out without any hassle. Great place to rent.

The best crew hands down in the area. I have rented 1-4x a month for almost the past year for work and these guys have never disappointed.

I’ve rented cars for years for work and this was one of the best experiences. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I usually rent from enterprise but I will certainly be returning to this location instead. They’ve won me over .

I had a recent rental at this location, and noticed significant improvement. Had one of the best if not the best rental experience.

The male worker working at this location on 7/9/22 is very rude.  I reserved my car online and when it’s time to pick up my car, they cancelled my reservation.  Apparently it’s true what they said about reservations at this location. It means nothing.  They didn’t offer to help me find a different car and basically said it’s too bad and hung up on me. Tried calling back and he kept on transferring me to their national line and of course they couldn’t help me.  Do not rent from this location!

I've used this branch many times and been happy with the service I received but heaven help you if Lisa is behind the desk. She is the rudest and most unhelpful service agent I have ever come across

I get the best customer service from my Avis branch. West Chester, OH  WE-6.  The vehicle is always clean and ready when I reserve it.  The staff is so friendly and accommodating to my weekly  needs
