We widen the circle of support for non-profit agencies and empower youth to utilize the great outdoors to stay fit and be healthy
Aztlan Athletics was one of the first track clubs to transition from road-running to trail running in Southern California (1981). Founded in 1974 as Aztlan Track Club, we are in the business of widening the circle of support for non-profit agencies. We incorporate Green sponsors in all our runs to help spread the word about the importance of conservation and preservation.
Aztlan Athletics provides proceeds from all its running events to agencies thats mission supports a reduction in one’s carbon foot print, a healthy and active lifestyle, and offers services in recovery.
We currently provide proceeds and are endorsed by the following agencies: the City of South Pasadena, Festival Of Balloons Parade; National Society of Audubon, Ernest Debs Park- Audubon Nature Center; Danny’s Farm; South Pasadena Middle School Booster Club; City of Los Angles Parks and Recreations.
Some of our corporate sponsors include CVS, A Snail’s Pace Running Stores, Run With Us, Runner’s Circle, and Chivas USA, to name a few.
