After  struggling with my key for the storage unit for over an hour and it's probably not the right key for the lock is messed up, I call the locksmith immediately. South Pasadena Lock were the first one phone. Not to talk about the fact that they arrive in less than 30 minutes. The tech was proficient and got the job done. Now I can go on with my moving.

Yesterday Leo the technician came to my house and installed a brand new lock on my backyard door. He was extremely professional and assisted with additional work I had. I would also like to praise Mark who helped answer all the questions I had over the phone. Thank you South Pasadena Lock for your profound service. I was at the park when I locked the key inside the car. Glad to have South Pasadena Lock to assist, they dispatched a locksmith my way and unlocked my car -- my wait time was only about 15mins. I just wanted to thank them and give a 5 star review here, great service.

We hired South Pasadena Lock last week to change 4 of our old locks into electronic ones. The main door was the fanciest with a biometric system. All in all my wife and I are very happy how the project turned out; the doors look sleek and the locks improved the security by a mile. This is honestly one of the most important projects we've had so far, and we gotta thank this locksmith service for bringing on the quality!

Folks at South Pasadena Lock know how to take care of a stuck key inside the lock - and do it without damaging the lock. But even with that nifty job I still opted to replace the deadbolt because it had been there for decades now. I didn't want the same thing happening, figured it was time to update it. Gotta give 5 stars for their handiwork, this locksmith company is very reliable for emergencies.

I waited 3 hours for up to 4 different drivers to potential show up! I say potentially because all they would do is call and say that they were on their way but that they were being held up at a previous job. After our two I finally got the hint that this service what is a telemarketing scam. In the end not one driver ever showed up and the Customer Service agent . Who appeared to be calling from India! ‍ kept calling every hour to ask the same question, of what door did I need unlocked and he would be sending a service provider to contact me in 10-15min… Never happened
