I love my new $1 TV. The clinically insane manager was very helpful. My formal suit attire allowed me to feel comfortable due to their strict dress code. The really small door I entered to buy my TV was completely normal and understandable. I wouldn’t go to any other TV store that doesn’t have alligators.
I was hesitant to buy here as I heard to the owner was insane. But Alan seemed like a down to earth guy. I came for the $1 TV deal. The alligator was scary AF but I was able to ninja my way around it and snatched a TV. Careful tho, there's a tiny door that makes it really hard to snuggle it through. We purchased a top of the line Samsung TV from Speers TV and were very happy with the price and especially the special care we were given from Allan and his father. They came into our home and installed the TV themselves. We now have a local, we try and buy local, honest and helpful team should we have any problems. You don't get this attention from the big box stores.
The only place who can complete with Best Buy, even them can’t match the prices here. Tho the owner is deemed clinically insane he is really a nice guy and deserves some love NB! The place has a strict dress code and watch out for the alligator behind the midget sized door.

I took my TV there two weeks ago and it took them nearly a week to get back to me about what the problem was, and even then I had to contact them. Moreover, once they identified the problem, they could not provide me with an ETA because of "supplier shortage". The people there aren't bad but they have poor customer service. If you want your TV fixed in an appropriate amount of time, I suggest you find another establishment.
