Founded by partners John Ross, Phillip Walters, David Johnston and Chris Pandel, B.Hospitality Co. establishes classic restaurants that withstand the test of time. B. Hospitality Co. was founded with the launch of The Bristol in September 2008. It's sister restaurant, Balena, opened in March 2012 with partners Boka Restaurant Group. It's third and fourth restaurants, Formento's and Nonna's opened in January 2015, bringing Italian-heritage dishes to Chicago's West Loop. Along with Boka, the groups opened Armour & Swift in October 2015 and Cold Storage in November 2015.
