My dog loves everyone here so that says it all for me. I see how he reacts with everyone and it’s great to see. For any problems he has had they have always been knowledgeable.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I went in to get my cats a couple of vaccines and the process was quick and thorough. The vet caught that one of my cats has a heart murmur and was able to give me advice as well as a quote for services around that. Overall a great experience!
So gental and patient with my cat! We just moved and then needed shots, they gave him extra time to adjust to the room before doing anything then didn't just jump right in and jab him. He didn't even realize he had anything done!!
2 years ago we took our little sparkles there to board her. I dropped her off on a Saturday morning with 9 days of dog food. On Monday they contacted me to see if they could give her a shot because she was nervous I said yes. Then on Wednesday they called to inform me that she had gotten loose and got outside of course they don’t know for sure when she escaped to the outside they said they had everybody looking for her. I called 2 family members in that area and when they got off work they went over to help. One of them said there were only 3 people looking and 1 of them didn’t even have a flashlight so they gave them theirs. We offered a $100.00 reward about a week later she was found DEAD by the edge of the road. So my family members STOPPED taking their pets there. Since then we have gotten another dog and a different VET. Oh when we went to get SPARKLES belongings they gave me back 7 days worth of dog food so Saturday morning to sometime Wednesday which is 5 days they fed her 2 days of dog food. No wonder she ran from them they were starving her. I WOULD NOT take another pet there for nothing.
Awesome staff that actually listened to the issues of my dog before just wanting to run 1k of tests on her like the previous place. And 1 simple skin test which the previous vet declined to do proved that she was on the wrong meds the entire time and that why she was getting worse. The thyroid test they ran was well below the cost the previous vet quoted me as well. We'll be using this Vet for all 3 of our dogs needs from now on. Glad we stopped in, and look forward to coming back.
I scheduled an appointment with technician and was told Thursday September 27, 2022 @ 4:30. At 4:35 on Tuesday not Thursday September 27, 2022 I got call from Four Seasons Animal Hospital asking If I was going to come to appointment today. I explained when I scheduled appointment on phone technician stated the September 27 was a Thursday, I looked back at my white board and thats what was written on it. I told technician that could be there in 5 minutes. I was told 'NO". I asked to reschedule and Four Seasons Animal Hospital made me aware that there was a $25 dollar no show fee. I once again asked If I could come now, it would only take me 5 minutes. Once aging I was told "No". Since September, 2022 I have been receiving invoices for $25. Now they have started adding fees on to the invoice. Increasing the $25 fee. I have taken 5 of my pets past or present to Four Seasons Animal Hospital for over the past 7 years and never been late or missed an appointment. I have been receiving there mailers that my pets annual physical is overdue. Four Seasons Animal Hospital is more concerned about a $25 dollar fee than my pets wellbeing this should be a red flag to anyone who would take there pets there for health services. Four Seasons Animal Hospital never made an attempt to resolve this issue. As an existing client that has never missed or was late a compromise could of been splitting the $25 fee. Instead they just hid behind there invoices and mailers. They probably don't care maybe think customer will continue to take there pets there because of the inconvenience of switching veterinarians. I have since taken my pet to another clinic. This veterinarian clinic is clean, has state of art equipment and are very good with my pets. And when it comes to cost for similar annual vaccines and lab test are more than 30% less expensive. I saved more than 25$ in cost during my first visit to new pet clinic. Lets all be real its not the $25 that is the reason I refuse to go back to Four Seasons Animal Hospital, its the customer service, lack of communication and the cost of services. I will admit I am sacrificing the convince of the proximity to my home but I had to weigh all factors.
I’ve been coming here since 2006 with my dogs; 3 over the years. Always a great experience and tremendous level of comfort for my dogs. Doctors, techs, grooming, boarding, etc have always been top notch for us. I regularly recommend to folks looking for a vet and will continue my business here.
This post is specifically going based off a recent negative review that the hospital has received. I have been working at F.S.A.H. for 7 years now. Never in my life would I ever work somewhere where I thought my or other’s dogs would be abused or starved if they were under Four Seasons care. What had happened 2 years ago was extremely devastating to us, searching day, night, before and after work with so much hope that we would find the lost pup. It saddens me that something that happened so long ago could negatively impact the team this hospital has now, especially trying to grow back after everything that’s happened in the past year. Again, a very devastating, accidental situation and loss that all of us felt terrible over. My heart goes out to the family this has happened to. It also goes out to the staff as well though. I know Four Seasons is a family and has the best interest of care in every pet that gets brought into the facility from front desk all the way back to the kennel girls. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, even if I didn’t work here.
The staff is incredible. Very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Vida had a way with animals and it shows. She takes her time to answer any questions you may have. I've been going to Four Seasons for 20 years and it only gets better!
Took care of our beloved dog, Bailey, for 15+ years....all the way up to her last day. We miss her. Thanks all at 4 Seasons. You all are the best.
