Where, did the quality go?! I have been using this brand, faithfully, for over 5 years. I got a bad set, and it was a grueling experience, to get some of my money back, in the way of a gift certificate. In the meantime, I went ahead and ordered another batch, believing, that there can always be one bad seed, but that does not make a bad brand. And to my shock, the second batch, wasjust as bad. I'm really disappointed.
My extention where had been made faulty. I had them for less then 2 months and the hair fell out by the hands full. My stylist opened the unused extension and found that it wasn't sewn in right. We contacted Babe and there is no exception for faulty products they do not warranty no matter how well taken care of are if like mine products are made poorly.
Babe hair is the only hair extensions I will use. The quality is the gold standard. I’ve had extensions now for five years I’ve never had any issues with any of the product. Thank you again it is so nice to have a long beautiful hair when you’re not born with it
I just bought new set of tape in hair extensions and I’ve been using babe for 3 years and I just washed my hair for the first time after getting them done I waited 4 days and every single one fell out. I love the hair itself it’s soft and beautiful, but the tape isn’t sticky at all we used the tape that was already on the extensions.
Absolute terrible experience with this company, their customer service and their products. I received defective hair and they did absolutely nothing to make it right and the experience working with them trying to find a resolution has been an absolute nightmare. My poor old hair stylist had to come out of pocket just to make it right on their behalf. Never use this brand.
Babe Hair is such high quality, I love that every strand is 100% Remi and comes in a variety of applications for any hair need. Their education is like none other and I love they teach about the business behind hair extensions and how to set you up to be successful and profitable! Bravo Babe Hair
Babe is by far the best extensions I’ve every used. They are amazing quality and price point is great. I highly recommend Babe. The mastery class is very informative. Definitely worth taking the class.
Would NOT reccomend babe hair to anyone. I am a hairstylist and had someone who is babe certified instal the pasty I-tip extensions. I’ve had them for about 6 weeks now and they are the worst hair quality I’ve ever dealt with. They started getting terrible split ends after about 3 weeks. The hair is constantly matting and getting tangled, but not like normal long hair would, like 20 minutes to brush out matted hair. It’s TERRIBLE!!! I use all professional products and take very good care of them but honestly sallys clip in hair is better quality than this “professional” hair brand. I will never be buying babe hair again.
Took their master certification course online! The videos were amazing and you’re able to learn at your own pace. Zoom class with Jodi was great as well. She is a fantastic educator!!
I would never recommend this hair to anybody. It says it's natural hair but I don't believe it is .It feels like plastic it's stretchy and shedding. Not to mention when I tried to highlight it it turned purple and natural hair does not turn purple. I am very upset spending almost $200 on this hair. So now I have to eat the cost of that hair because it is not acceptable to me or my client very dissatisfied.
