Baby Boot Camp focuses on moms in every season of life. We are led by nationally certified instructors who specialize in prenatal/postpartum fitness.
Born out of necessity, Baby Boot Camp arrived shortly after Kristen Horler's first child in August 2001.
After extensive research, she was unable to find a challenging workout that didn't require hiring a personal trainer and a babysitter or purchasing a gym membership.
Drawing from her experience as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, triathlete and mother, she developed Baby Boot Camp to balance the fitness needs of new moms with their desire to spend time with their baby.
