Baby Boot Camp is a stroller-based fitness program designed specifically to help moms regain or enhance their pre-pregnancy fitness levels as well as prenatal moms in the preparation of meeting the physical challenges of labor & delivery, and parenting. It takes the place of a personal trainer at the time in your life when you need it the most, in a supportive environment.
Classes focus on cardiovascular drills, strength training all muscle groups, core and flexibility exercises. Strollers, resistance tubing and your child all play a vital role in the overall full body workout. FIRST CLASS IS ALWAYS FREE! Email Hope for more information!
In addition to fitness classes, Baby Boot Camp-Tallahassee provides our MOM STRONG TRIBE, a FREE moms’ group to support healthy families. Monthly play dates and Moms Night Out are another great way to bond with other Moms and families in our great community!
